They dont even know what they are doing. They gave me an estimation of ₹700 for power button replacement, turns out the cable was loose. Fixed it up in ₹40 on a local shop.

I went there to replace my JBL earphone as in the same place many service centers are there like MI, JBL, NOKIA and so on. Now just think what happens when many companies service center fall in a single place. There are so many people are there to tackle their issues. For me I just need to submit my earphone as that needs to be replaced. But for only submission also they asked me to wait 2 hours because people are there for their issues with other companies devices. Worst ever experienced by visiting at corona time.

Easy place to notice from road,easy for costumers to get quick response,less care agent and less knowledge of the care agent..They even dont know properly about MI brand details..I have been there few days before to consult about the mi power bank whatever they treat me I cant believe,I even think that this MI service could give..Hopefully I would like see more improvement of the care service..

Poorly managed, understaffed. Be prepared to wait for more than 1 hour just to be heard. They also have boat audio service center together with MI. That adds more people to the queue. Service and prices didnt seem reasonable.

Not attending calls and providing false information.I have to argue for my warranty.I asked for the spare parts over call, they said its available after reaching taking 2-3 days.Still not receiving any update its 6th day now.

Went to update phone but centre executive said if it gets switched of or any mishap in data happens it would be a problem. So left empty handed. If service centre has no solution where ppl would go to???

I had problem with charging port issue in nokia phone. They charged me 1450/-, and repaired the mobile. From the next day, my phone have hanging problem, very high heating, charge drains out rapidly,it takes toi much time to be full charge, approx 12 hours. Even though the part which replaced in my mobile approx 100-200/-, they are charging very high and replacing a duplicate part. Pathetic

This MI Care is a good service center. You can easily find it because it is at road side of Janpath. Some of the staff(not all of the staff) are good and cooperative. If you are thinking to take a quick visit and repair your gadget within 30-45 mins then you should be very careful with your time.

They are liars. They used to lie towards customers. Specially a staff of this MI care Miss sangeeta...They told me they will change my new phones Motherboard but they tell me we have currently not available they lied that sir please come 1 may... And before you come please call us... I was call them 30th of may to know my phones motherboard they tell yes we have u come tomorrow and when I came here they said we dont have any motherboard and we dont change your phone or phones motherboard.. They dont take any responsibility towards customers...

Nice service center.. customer friendly..one thing I like about this place is that its queue system and waiting hall is quite ok..and is equipped with many chairs and and there is also AC connection so that you wont feel the outside temperature 😋 although I cant repair my mobile since my mobile is out warranty and mother board got damage (as u all know for mother board problem minimum 4 thousand plus cash needed..so I chose to buy a new phone instead of repairing the old one) but I am quite pleased with the staffs behaviour...I can say its better than the Bapuji Nagar Mi service center (I mean their staff behaviour is not that much friendly and they also dont listen to the customers about the problem clearly). So I strongly recommend that u should go this service center whenever u have any problem with your Xiaomi phone. And one more advantage of this place is that Nokia and also Honor service center is also there near this place..and u can avail the service upto 7pm..This place is of walkable distance from Rajmahal square and also from Master canteen..Best of luck. The place is very much free of space to seat. They are polite in nature, but I am disappointed with the MI company, they produce a no of handsets but not able to give proper service to their costumers. I have paid 1000+ rs instead I have in the warranty period. They told me that there was some paper which was missing so for that only I have to pay the amount. But overally they are quite good behaviour people. Go anytime to the care its a combination of NOKIA AND MI.

-It was my 1st experience to MI care.-This care service centre is merge with huawei and microsoft(Nokia).-i had a problem with my MI band 2 so i registered my name and with in 5 min they took my product problem and with in 15 min they replaced my band and signed to gave me a new MI band 2 with in 3 days. So it is very impressive experience.So it is V good.Cutting one star for place is noisy
