Food was really delicious and quantity was more than sufficient. Interiors of the place was nicely maintained. Service is also very good.The only downside felt was that the place was completely packed during peak lunch time and a few families had to wait outside the restaurant for vacancies to arise.Also there was no proper signboard outside the restaurant due to some construction work going on which caused a bit of inconvenience in finding the restaurant.

Post COVID service of Hare Krishna restaurant is not good. The place is in poor condition. water leakage is there at center of the restaurant and there are 3 row of seating arrangement and there are only one person to manage one row, starting from serving of food to clean the table that one person is doing the job. Before covid the restaurant was good but now it needs improvement.

After good climb at Khandagiri & Udaygiri caves & satiating shopping at Meher’s Janpath Road, our hunger pangs started playing really badly. One quick check on dear Google for veg food & found Hare Krishna listed not very far from where we were. Climbing the stairs at Lalchnd weren’t too sure what to expect but OMG as soon as we entered the door & it was a dream.. what an ambience, decor, vibrations, Hare Krishna chanting really soothes us. Started with Jaljeera, though Jaljeera Pudina listed in Menu wasn’t available, was little disappointed but the food was super delicious. Tandoori Rotis served were the best we have ever had in any restaurants.. Vendi Masala, Paneer Chatpaty was just the perfect meal . Ended with delicious cool Butter milk. Thanks so much Hare Krishna.. With the food bill they gifted us with Laxmi incense sticks.. Still feeling the calm spiritual atmosphere we experienced on our last day of journey..

It is a very nice restaurant. It is situated near Lalchand jewellers ,Master Canteen, Bhubaneswar.The food was very tasty and affordable. Food without online and garlic are available here and only veg foods are available here.Vegetarians can come here to eat. It is a very nice place to eat during certain Pujas and Osas.The restaurant is totally dedicated to Lord krishna.A lot of dishes are available here .I visited this place once before 4months,but I loved it and I would suggest everyone to come here to enjoy the Food😋😋😋.

I would give 3 ratings for the duration until the food arrived. We were 11 people, went for my little cousins Birthday treat. We were a little upset that most of items were not available. We ordered from the options the restaurant could offer. But once we tasted the food, our sad faces turned into Happy faces. Everyone loved the food. My mom was fasting that day, so we decided to go to a no garlic no onion restaurant. Once our stomach got some food, our brain started working. So we concluded, maybe its because of the covid that they have less resources and less items available from the menu.I would say, have patience till the food arrives. You must give this place a try.

Hot n sour soup is strongly recommended and corn fry, dry munchurian on starter. Unique dishes are stuffed brinjal/potato. Price is bit higher but thats worth it as theres no second to this restaurant for last 3 decades at least in Bhubaneswar.

Entrance to Hare krishna Restaurent is not prominent from the main road, signage is on the first floor level on the Left of Lal Chand. Signage. one has to enter the passage adjecent to lal chand and take the staircase on the left to reach this restaurent on the first floor. other funny experience was. Some one from our team saw a scary house in the rear side of the restaurent (scary house is open electrical DB with all exposed wire from DP to AC units) comming to the food ITS A PURE VEG RESTAURENT garlic and Onion not used neither served .GOOD lacha parata...

But the restaurant inside ambience is quite good and peaceful. Food quality and taste is also good. Though this place is bit costly but you will never regret. One can easily spend atleast 2k for 2 persons

Looks good but feels not so good. Descent decor and lighting with ethnic paintings, but poor service.Being a no onion and garlic restaurant it gets quite number of customers, but thats when the mess starts as the service is slow and very irresponsible.They are very disorganized and their difficulty in handling large crowds are clearly visible.The waiters may just focus on certain tables and ignore others for a long time.Little demands like for more naan, ketchup, finger bowls, etc are hardly remembered by them and must be reminded of.

The interior theme is mostly Odisha art of pattachitra. The restaurant serves only vegetarian food. The taste of food was good. Very good ambience, great service. Highly recommend for vegetarian food lover.

I, along with my friends, visited this place yesterday and it was such a disappointing experience. I experienced the most horrible customer service ever. We were served soft drinks which had completely run out of fizz. And when we pointed it out to the staff in a polite manner, the waiter started shouting on us.I repeat he started shouting on us and further banged the food on our table and left serving us midway. And none of the other staff came to pacify the situation when the waiter was behaving that rudely with us.So if you are looking for decent vegetarian food, you can visit the place but do not expect any customer service,not even decent one

They have good options in north indian cuisine. The staff is very well behaved though some new staff are yet to be perfect in their customer handling skills. Very tasty Jain food. No garlic and no Onion. Very very affordable. I had breakfast in Rs. 20, Lunch in Rs. 40 and dinner in Rs. 40. South Indian snacks and Oriya sweets is also available.The staffs are very well mannered and usually not croudy.
