They offers nice facilities in the bus and seats are comfortable. The ac service is nice and bus is mostly on schedule. The driver is also ok and drives responsibly.

No perfect working number is NO USE of CURRENT STATUS. AND A.C is for formalities until you step in. Later there is no difference between AC and non AC. All numberNo are out of coverage, no TV or audio is used

THIRD CLASS service... Dont go. Use Chartered bus instead. These people never follow time. Casual approach...

I am travelling from bhopal to indore in Volvo bus and this is the worst bus I have ever travelled in.. staff is so rude they are not at all trained how to talk to passenger...bus is not on time it is very very late.. people selling water bottle and chips are allowed in the bus. Chartered bus and there services are much better than Hans travels bus.

Nice service by Indore Lucknow via Bhopal great bus nice timings before we arrive at Kanpur 6:30 am .....fare good ..toilets also available

I have travelled from bhopal to pune and bus got change at indore. While travelling from bhopal to indore in bus number 0997,the pickup man Faruq was very rude and he doesnt know how to talk. He threatened me and forced me to leave the bus at bhopal lalghati bus stop, dude I paid 2200 rs and this what I getting. Other bus services are far better than Hans.

If you book your tickets AC sleep from Bombay to Bhopal or Bhopal to Bombay, They cheat you from Indore to Bhopal and Bhopal to Indore.From Bombay to Indore you are given your seat no and made to travel on your seat no.When you reach Indore, your are transfered to a 3rd class sleeper AC bus.No seat no. Applies, You have to run and sit on any seat.... Even though you have paid 3500 from Bombay to Bhopal.. You are made to travel like a 3rd class animal passenger in back seats and they dont respond to your calls noe the driver nor cleaner helps you they are rude.Indore to Bhopal and Bhopal to Mumbai you are cheated, can anybody help, how to file a consumer case against these fraud companies.You are sure to land up with a spondilises n extreme back next knee and neck pain.

Worst staff... they ll make volvo local bus... and will halt at every local stop in between for extra money.... they re not at all supportive... do not have manners to talk.. they will stop at such hotel which is at isolated place for commission and u hav no option to eat or drink at tht place...Every time i travelled with it ... horrible ... now no more hans

Unmanaged and confused employees who dont even have the clue about where the bus is going and what are the stops2. Charging points dont work3. Ill functioning fans4. Passengers to Mumbai have to change the bus at Indore. Neither do they provide you the bus number that you have to board nor do they help you figure out the solution for the same. The staff is even more confused than Rajpal Yadav in Hungama.5. Successfully traveling by this bus can be a great task on Roadies.The review might be funny, but the travel experience isnt.Illiteracy, poverty and Hans travels are single handedly stopping the growth of our country.Please avoid.
