Worst experience,the cab gets booked and then it gets cancelled without any reasonable explanation. Like the driver is too lazy to come and they do not even convey the cancellation. Once I pre booked a cab and they cancelled it without any message or notification and I missed my flight. Worst worst worst experience. Recently I booked an Ola auto, it got booked and then it was showing nothing on the maps. I dont recommend its usage. Theres no proper regulation.
😡😠😡😡I would like to start with this that ola provides the WORST SERVICE. 😞Highly disappointed by their service and after customer support system.It was my bad luck that i took their service.Charged with rs 1351 just for 13 km of ride.Believe me it was not Rolls-Royce😡.Just for a ride in swift desire they charged me this much.At the same time the driver was also not the same person about whom i got the notification while booking the cab.I registered a complaint but no response from their side.It felt like that my hard earned money is being looted by them.I do have a proof for all this fraud.If have any ethics towards your customer then kindly look into this matter. 😡#worstserviceola#shameonola#olaindia#Olacabs
