Providing services during pandemic.Clearly informed about delaying of post due to transportation issues due to pandemic.Spacious office on first floor but entry to office through narrow way where vehicles are kept.

I wanted to give 0 but option is not available. The female staff is pathetic. They are arrogant and abusive. Before lunch time starts they sit for lunch and keep gossiping even after lunch without paying attention to customers. They donot bother to check records and confirm status of parcel.

He post office is situated in Bhopal indrapuri sector -c the timing of the office is well acquired and my experience about the post office is sort of positive the response of the employees in concern to the their work positive and they tries to help you when u get stugged they guide you ! But the process Is little slow but as expected to others we can say it far better and in the COVID - 19 they are the only source to for the material they deliver other delivery services has been stopped so we can use the india post for our material to deliver .. and thank you to the employee of india post that they are helping in this situation and delivering their best in this situation ! Mean while the place is hygiene and add in the clam places ! It’s thumbs up for the services and on time delivery

Pathetic service. Do not recieve phone calls at all! Postman does not even come to the address and they return the parcel

Good service if you can go an extra mile to get in touch with authorities. Usually they are not very punctual with their tracking updates.

Terrible and indifferent service. As per tracker my parcel EJ 488169755IN was despatched for delivery yesterday but even after 25 hours local delivery has not been effected. Nobody receives calls at Trilanga Post Office. The phone keeps ringing unanswered. Relevant higher authorities must take corrective action.

Want to give minus -5 star if possible. Staff simply avoid to work and always ready with 100 excuses. I was on counter and they were doing timepass. After 15 minutes they said its closed for today. I explained that I came in working hours so they all started arguing.Wish if they all are deployed in covid-19 duty as punishment.

This is the worst government department I have ever seen. They never interested in doing any work. All the time they busy in gossips.I have visited there 5 times for amendment in my aadhar and Everytime they give me same excuse that our system is not working and even this time they crossed all the boundaries,they suggested me to go to any other post office or a private bank.This is ridiculous.Nothing is impoving here.They are bigger lubbers(कामचोर).
