Khatara bus service, worst experience, waste of money, paisa barbad

Their bus never arrived, the conductor guy Sanjay, kept on lying on phone that bus is stuck in traffic, And I waited from 7:20 till 11:00pm, on highway, total kachra log.

Why they dont give refund option for paytm customers, today I booked a ticket by mistake I booked 2 tickets after this I want to cancel 1 ticket then what I saw there is no refund option and cancelation option for customer this is disgusting 🤦‍♂️😠😠they make peoples fool.

Worst service ever. Not even responsive on time. It’s my personal experience never ever book ticket by this travels. They even took 300rs extra . Fraud fraud fraud. Fooling people only

This travel agency is fulled with basterd and mc people...they are looting thair passenger only, Its my real review after trevelling from Bhopal to Gorakhpur 17/04/2021.they left their passengers at Bela in Madhya Pradesh.And there are no response after calling at their travel office in Nadara Bus stop.

Worst service to take. Travelled from dewas to bhopal, seats were awfull and the conductor overloaded the bus with 20 standing passengers in the asile and conductor and supervisor was abusive in dealing with passengers.

I usually travel by bus but this time it was worst experience ever. Bhopal travels bhopal to jabalpur bus is a typical local khatara bus. No curtains, no bed sheets not even single facility was there. They were adjusting two people on a single sleeper seat.

One stop for all bus needs. Have buses for all routes with options of Ac and Non-Ac. Good thing about the business is that they have buses every half an hour for all the places and and the buses reach the destination on time always. Good services with good attitude.

I booked a AC sleeper ticket from Bhopal travels in the reeyeen travels bus . I found that AC is not in working . And also water comes from roof of birth. I call Bhopal travels but they are helpless. Please donts trust on Bhopal travels.

Wrost serviceI am trevelling today on 7/4/18 In sleeper Bus No 9090 from Bhopal to Kota ..More then seating capacity passanger are board ...even in galary local passangers are seated or sleep ...सरकारी लोकल रोडवेज बस की तरह सवारिया भरी हैं । जबकि बस स्लीपर हैं ।

I suggess Never go with Citizen bus...booked on bhopal travels... Citizen bus poor in condition and staffs are not good to takecare of passenger safety and also drive very carelessly...

Actually - 5 star must be given. Worst bus service as the person in call service centre do not knw the route of bus journey. They confirmed me that bus from bhopal to jablpur wil go via hoshangabad narsinghpur. As i am resident of hoshangabad i thought it will be good as i intend to go to narsinghpur boarding point will be betr be hoshangabad. He told me when i book ticket i vl get number on phone. I had to call that person to change boarding point to hoshangabad. After booking that person told me this bus do not go via hoshangabad narsinghpur i betr cancel. I mean what the f@(k. Are you people kidding. Now not only that when i called again at thier head office to tell them that i m beinv tricked into getting ticket booked they said the person you talked to is owners brother so we cant help you. They even disconnected the phone. Persons name is mr. Sharique. My suggestion pls donate some money to this poor cheater lier bus service so that they do not resort to this cheap level.

This is the worst bus service you would ever experience.its today when i thought to choose this travel for indore trip.and then i purchased an offline ticket from their so called ticket counter..and when i entered bus what i saw..i saw they were giving 2 sleeper seats to 10 persons...and the bus was like the worst place to even stand in.i will recommend all of you to never choose their services.there are much far better choices to go with..

Nonsense bus service is neither the pickup point was correct, it was not changed nor the AC chalu kiya na hi charging point kept on and also threatened me the bus conductor misbehave Kiya.
