Worst experience with service center of Abhikaran Bhopal... Even after buying honda assured policy the response of service executive and manger is worst. Not at all happy with the service.. Service like this will surely going to affect the sales of Honda. They took more than 50 days just to repair small accidental work.

Liars. Worst service. Lied to me on many things which they have not done in my car. Charged 290rs extra for sanitization but no sanitization done. They treat you and your car good only when you go for costly servicing. If you go for minimal basic service, then you are at wrong place.

I had very nice experience here at their workshop while giving my brothers car for servicing. . The staff is well trained, prompt and attentive. Delivery post service is on time without any wait and in perfect to T. Cost of service is also relatively low as compared to others.One sales front the SA was well trained and good when I requested them for test drive of Amaze.

I have been using HONDA for more then a decade now. Earlier this showroom used to be very good & the service quality was amazing. But from the last few visits to the showroom m really disappointed with these ppl., most of the parts that you need are always out of stock, my vehicle was there for more than 20days even this much time was not enough for them to order and call. Insurance assistance is very poor they need to look into that. Quality of service is also poor which used to be amazing before. They have lost a loyal Coustomer in me.

Unprofessional and Rude manager. After accidental repair work and paint job the colour was not matching. On complaining they polished the whole right side so badly that the stains still remains after 3 months. The back side a/c vent makes bad sound. The dealing guy did the polishing/ teflon coating job without the bill, even after asking for the bill. The cost of 2nd coating was included but has not been done. The service manager Quarelled instead of helping get the replacement of the damaged GPS sim, which they remove everytime you take the car for service.Overall very poor service and rude behaviour of staff.

When you had insurance claim this will take minimum 7 days which is too much.Normal car sevices is ok staff is ok not great need more courtesy, empathy

Horrible Experience with Abhikaran Honda Bhopal.Booked the Honda B-RV and gave the requested booking amount.Now, neither the car was delivered as scheduled nor the authorities are refunding the booking amount.Very incompetent and unprofessional staffand especially Mr. Chandan (the Manager) is the dumbest of them all.Highly irresponsible person.
