Less options for kids. I went there few days before to buy shoes for kids but no one came to attend.However after I approached the sales person,he helped.But the overall vibes were cold. I anyways picked up shoes and selected a bag for later purchase. The exchange due to size was hassle free. Yesterday night I went to buy bag and was late by one minute and their shutter was half closed.Inspite of telling them I will only take 2 min,they refused entry and they were not even ready to come and speak.It looks like they have a lot of customers and loosing a sale doesnt effect them .Anyways not a very great experience.I dont think I will be going again to that store
