The service is pathetic at R ambience.Even we did our booking 1 day prior there was not much staf to serve food on time, we have to wait for 1-2 hour to get our food. And this not the frist time I have faced the same issue 3 to 4 times on a row.Apart from service as its name suggest the Ambience is beautiful there also the food quality and taste was good.

Only good thing about the place is Ambience.But that doesnt mean that a restaurant can serve uncooked chicken, say that Manager is not available when customer tries to complain and change 5% service charge compulsorily.Definitely avoid else you will spoil your day.

As the name says R-ambience has a royal ambience. The place is really good with decent food. They also have 2 swing tables and chairs which is best.

Very bad and slow service. Place was very smelly. Washroom was extremely dirty.They served raw chicken n even after complaining they neither accepted nor they apologized. Also, they kept arguing and their manager never showed up.Overall, awful experience.

For the first time im writing a review...Being to alot of bars lounges food hub...but never had such a horrible experience here.. Even a food stall serves better than this place and the staff is also bad... Dissapointed .. 1 star cause i cant give 0 or even negative.

Interior is nice, but service is pathetic, like we had to call the waiter many times for petty things he forgot to serve from spoons to water to dishes, we ordered hara bhara kabab, the waiter forgot to give chatney along with, then veg pizza he forgot to give oregano and ketchup, we were literally waiting each time.Food quality is good, taste is also good.

First time i visited R. Ambience I was impressed with their services and food.... But 2nd time both services and food werehorrible... Although ambience is good.

The chicken malai tikka are finger licking good and fish fries are yummy as well, u can even try chicken soup and drinks. They charge reasonable and ambience is aesthetically pleasing and there are different zones to sit and enjoy.

*According to Union government approved guidelines in 2017, service charge on hotel and restaurant bills are voluntary and not mandatory*But R Ambience restaurant charges it mandatorilyThe restaurant charges 5% service charge in addition to the bill and gst, which as per them is mandatory to pay because they have mentioned in their menu, irrespective of weather you like the service or not. I don’t mind paying the tip to the staff but its my choice not a compulsion. Legally its not mandatory to pay service charge its the choice of customer.I explained the staff but they told its their rule, when i refused to pay the service charge one of the staff told “Khada rakho inko jane nai dena”, I asked to talk to the senior or a manager they told they are not picking the phone and i have to pay or else they will not allow me to leave, i insisted to talk to the manager or owner, finally i spoke to the owner and he was also stubborn as their staff and rude and after explaining the rules he was still not agreeing and he told others also charge and if i will reduce yours everybody will come to me asking to remove service charge, and as per them if its written in menu then you have to pay, i asked him if you write in your menu to pay 100% service charge or Rs 5000 then customer will have to pay it, they are like yes whatever is written you have to pay.Dude you are in hospitality industry / service industry learn some manners how to serve your customers. Also learn some legal knowledge if you are running such a big restaurant.Overall Experience:Initially we were not allowed to sit at our desired place because it was a large place, but we told if some bigger group comes they can shift us to smaller table but still we were not allowed to sit there.We ordered a sheesha which was not good in taste so they replaced it that too was not so good but we kept it anyways.We asked for extra mayo coz with the dish we ordered it was not in sufficient quantity, on which they told its chargeable.We ordered tarter sauce that too was chargeable but they dont know how to make tartar sauce, it was literally too sweet and just not like how a tarter sauce should be.Service was too slowFood taste was good finally something good to say and the ambiance was also goodBut the behaviour of the owner and the staff was pathetic and unreasonable and with zero understanding.All The Best To The Restaurant 👍🏻Thanks for your pathetic service.PS - Approx Rs 100 was service charge on my bill, which i really dont mind paying directly to the staff who is serving me, its my choice i want to give more or less but the restaurant cannot mandate on customer to pay.Know your rights customers.

Service is not good, Staff didnt took order after asking more than 3 times, Only had 2 fans covering the whole dine in area and even after asking the staff didnt took any initiative for solving the situation... Had to leave after half an hour of waiting for someone to take an order.

Did not like the place at all. The place kept smelling like some fish market.Most of all the food they served was raw.Even after showing the raw chicken piece to the waiter they were not even a little apologetic about it.I would have given zero rating if I could.Very bad service, slow waiters, no manager to look over the place.Overall a very bad experience.
