Pathetic service absolutely unprofessional Lakme DB Mall salon - had to wait about an hour despite an appointment only to find they had told me wrong price for hair highlights the previous day, actual for my treatment was double! Stay away from this salon is my recommendation!My cousin told me later they always make you wait long despite an appointment.Poor staff management, incompetent staff at least for hair highlights is what my impression is. The way they advised was so confusing, took me ages and hundreds of questions to understand what they were trying to suggest and if that was the best treatment for me. The front desk doesnt know how to manage /plan appointments.All in all thoroughly disappointed by this salon, I chose Lakme thinking itll be good given the brand but this DB Mall branch is absolutely unprofessional.

I have been attended by Ms. Nandini for waxing services and she is excellent in her work. She covers most of the area without accidentally leaving any patches. I had a great experience because of her. 10/10 fully recommend her!

Didnt have a good experience. Also not as clean as expected. Chaotic gestures from the professionals there. Need more training as other Lakme salons are much much better.

A very good unisex salon providing excellent services, good ambience & maintaining good hygiene. They provide great hair spas in a very relaxing environment. main stylist Ravi , is quite attentive & delivers excellent results. Must experience the wellness!

This branck of the Lakme salon always ensures comfort of the customer. Ms. Bobby is cordial and ensures that the customer is looked after well. She takes time to understand your requirements and ensures that you get what you are looking for.The staff here is extremely polite and helps you out .

Probably one of the best pedicures I have ever received. I also had a lovely hair spa treatment. Shubham is very pleasant and friendly, and the place is clean and pretty. Looking forward to trying out more services here in the near future!

The lakme salon is open now .They guve good service and maintain the proper hygiene protocol during the service. They proper sanitized the customer as well as their equipment and other utility product then after they used it. All the stuff has used the protection safety dress up and maintain the hygiene .

I visited lakme salon DB mall for the first time and I wanted to had QOD Treatment done on my hairs. Firstly, before visiting, I was really scared because no other salon in bhopal offers this treatment. I was scared about the level of professionalism. But Trust me... This salon, with even very less staff is maintaining an appreciable level of professionalism.... Whether its about service, huygine, hospitality... Every single thing. I had my service done by Ritu, whom i m going to visit again n again. She has done a fabulous job on my hairs, and suggested me more for myself. Thank u ritu.If anyone of u r having a second thought whether to trust or not... dont give it second thought. Just trust and visit.

Horrible is the word for them. the staff which done the service is not well experienced. after opting the service it gave me so many boils near to the lips & chin area as well as on the forehead. the only thing which is good is the name & the place.

Got makeup for 2 of us done on two wedding occassions. Great makeup and hairdo by Swati and Ranjana. Excellent work

Hospitality of all staff was good but they provided services very badly.. I got skin dryness after having wax from there. Manicure pedicure highly not recommended from salon@db city.

My Haircut Experience was okay okay but my skin Cleanup Experience was Horrible. The lady on reception is the one they have hired for Clean ups too and she is a good girl but has no skills of cleanup. Imagine she was at reception, she didnt even wash her hands though handwash was their inside room. She asked me nothing about my Skin type or my skin issues and just started clean up. During clean up she will leave to attend reception because no one else was there and come back to start again with same hands. I broke out after this Clean up. Very very Horrible experience! I got a call for review from Lakme, i told them all this and they were like, ok thanks for review. There are 4-5 other skin and hair salons in db mall and Ill better be there!

Well behaved staff but the service expertise needs improvment. i took a hair wash with blow dry and beared shave and was not very happy with the services as the finishing was not up to the mark.

The staff here is very well professional trained, polite and they know what to do and will always suggest you the best possible :) thumps up for lakme salon👍👍

Worst experience that too on my special day. Sana did such a horrible makeup for my engagement with really bad attitude. Also I gave her some option of hairstyle and she was not ready for it a very simple and more than ordinary hairstyle she did it in that also she didn’t listen a single word of mine and replied with rude attitude saying u have only this option to do.

Experience once. They will make you feel like youre star.
