Kalibaadi was build around Mar 1969 in BHEL township, very near to Church and Ayyappa Temple & from than onwards, this temple has binded various communities near its vicinity. As the name suggest, this Temple is dedicated to Devi Kali, with Shivling in right side and Swami Vivekananda, his Guru Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi in left side.This temple is well maintained by its committee members since beginning.One can easily get peace of mind and calmness.Prayers starts sharp by 7:00 PM in winter with easily recognisable drum beats.

The Kalibari is located at Kalibari road, Awadhpuri, near Piplani, Bhopal. All Bengali festivals are organised here with full bloom. It includes the gala festival of Durgotsav, Basant Panchami (Saraswati puja) in addition to the kali pujas. There is also a charitable clinic available for allopathy and homeopathy on regular basis.

Excellent place for holding public function with toilet service is abysmally poor. Such a horrible condition, one cannot imagine of.

The kalibari in Bhel area is an old institution.This year 2018 it is celebrating its Diamond Jubily year.I myself with my daughter,a resident of Bhopal visited theDurga Puja and were offered the prasad and took khichuri meal in afternoon along with other thousand visitorsThe Kalibari.is maintained by Bhel Bengali Association since its inception.During the Durgapuja Festival ,everyday the devotees pray to the Goodess Durga and offer Anjali in schedule hours in batches.Thousand people take fruit prasada standing in a queue​ in a very disciplined manner .More than 2.5 thousand people take khichuri, Labra,Taomato chatni ,milk product Payasa.every day.Senior Citizens and physically handicapped were served in a sperate group in table and chair arrangement.Really the BHEL association has created a heritage of their own with their real efforts and service to the devotee.God bless them.This is not available in Calcutta today.Service to the men is service to the God--Swami Vivekananda.

I booked uber taxi for kalibadi from unique complex at about 7 pm but driver denied due to tyre puncher so I cancelled booking and I booked another uber and this time also driver denied because driver was at Bhopal Railway station but at both booking RS 52 charged for cancellation that was not my fault than why should I Pay due to this inconvenience my family could not attend function at Kalibadi because we then travel by another taxi after wasting 1 hourSo I request to refund my money and in future this type of action should not be repeatedRegard k B Shrivastava
