Nice Ambience.We tried Dal tadka and Jeera Rice it was very delicious.The Masala papad was my favourite.The service was unmatched.The staff was very polite.Must Visit place for meal in Bhopal.

LOVED IT!. One word extremely PEACEFUL stay. The room was neat and clean with all amenities. No noise even being at the very connected place of bhopal. Rooms are well insulated from noise. Felt great staying over there. Only one thing that was uncomfortable was the washroom. That makes me give this hotel 4 stars. Else it was amazing. The commode was having very congested space. I could barely sit properly. Its a constructional blunder. Suggestions: 1. The breakfast menu needs to be balanced. What i could see was majorly fried items. Bread pakora, sambar vada, paratha. So making it a balanced one would be great. Although the staff was cordial enough to provide me with butter toast. But overall, a small planning of the menu would give this hotel an upper edge. 2. The behavior of the reception staff can be more welcoming. It wasnt rude or arrogant at all. But still with all other things in this hotel being a top class, that can seriously make it a 5 stars.Thats it. I relished the stay here.

Nice hotel to stay, Location near Sargam cinema is excellent. Hotel is located in Zone 2 MP Nagar, close to Habibganj Railway station. Neat and clean rooms are there, food is also good. Only Bed as per my view is not so comfortable.

Stayed there in November 2019. Hotel is situated in the city centre, but the rooms are not clean, especially towels, beds and mats. cleanliness is the major issue. Food is good in the restaurant attached to hotel.

First of all I would like to tell that this hotel has some rooms without window. So, you may feel easy if you get into those rooms. Be cautious while booking and not to get those rooms. Due to some miscommunications involved I got such room initially but got changed.All the attributes mentioned for rating this stay failed because this is a hospitality industry and if receptionist of a hotel does not know how and what to talk to a customer then all facilities ends there itself. I found other staffs courteous over here but the receptionist Ms. Babita does not know the way to talk. Additionally this hotel have varied policies which are stringent too and handling these policies is way more surprising. Due to limited scope of writing all the details over here I am just indicating that there are some issues with hospitality at the reception of this hotel.

Room - nothing to write about. Swarms of mosquitoes invade the room along with you from the lift. Bed / AC / Toilet average. Breakfast insufficient - only one item to eat and a cup of tea. Extra food is chargeable. Staff are good and the pick-up & drop service by mini bus is convenient.

Stay was pretty good. They provided a very good service and very comfortable accommodation. The location was quite good and easy to reach. Overall it was a pleasant stay with this hotel we didnt faced any kind of difficulty.

I have been regular at this hotel for over 4 months now, but wont be going back again. Rooms are large, spacious and clean. Location is good. Food is not good and priced at higher side. Breakfast menu is limited and boring. Staff at reception is very rude and unfriendly. Had bad experience during my last and hence decided never too stay again.

Very good amenities & service but chk in not allowed before 12 Noon eventhough requested for 2 times.It is very difficult to do chk in 12 Noon for our kind of pharma marketing professional bcse we rch normally at 7 am around & it is wasting of time to do chk in 12 Noon.
