At walking distance from DB city Mall, rooms were immensely clean and has nice furniture. The staff was very kind, generous and helpful. Highly recommend for families.

Management is not serious in providing good service one of the major issue , property is not maintained. just need some efforts n this can be improved.

The services were awful.Actually, there were no services at all.I know its difficult to handle everything with the corona situation going on. But they didnt provide even the okayest services. 😐Sanitization is most important right now. But even the bathrooms werent cleaned properly. There were cockroaches in the bathrooms.We were a group of about 17 people and rented around 9 rooms. Still, the co-operation of staff was 2/10.Most of the staff seemed arrogant. 👎

Nice location, very near to Railway Station and DB city mall. It took rarely 15 minutes for me to reach the mall by walking. Now, about the Hotel Amenities, the room were clean and arranged well. All the necessary items/things were provided in the room.Room service, House keeping service were good. Though, it took time to get resolved, and thats why Im giving 4 stars. The extension numbers werent picked up.Last but not the least, the food provided inside the hotel was with the good taste, within the price limit.

I stayed 2 nights there and that hotel is totally rubishAll the care about is how to take more money from youThey have lied about my bills during my check out and when i asked for details it came lessBathroom was not cleaned during check in so i asked them to clean it but they didnt did it till the next dayThey dont even provide drinking water, AC was not working, there were lot of mosquitoes thereFor my check out i was just 20 minutes late and they cut out the electricityThere is nothing satisfying and up to the for the amount i was paying.

Check in was smooth.Room was clean and tidy.bed linen was not cleaned but changed quickly as i requested.I ordered pulav and dal in dinner and taste was good.price is reasonable and location is also good.Overall a good budget hotel for buisness and family.

Not professional approach by the counter staff. No proper pipe fittings in the bathroom. Rooms not cleaned. Booked room online but on reaching the hotel at 8:30in the morning they asked to pay 500Rs extra. Very bad experience. Would never recommend to any one. By paying 2200 I vacted the room within 2 hrs.

Great customer service. Rooms and food served is good. Management did bother to maintain peace and silence in the hotel when some of the occupants caused ruckus over drinks.

Room and bathroom is smelling as they have not been used long.only one power point is available where TV and set top box been connected.they are ready to change the room not even ready to cancel the booking.the behaviour of the staff is also not satisfactory.this may the worst room I have ever stayed.there is no parking for 4 wheelers. tv was also not working.even after that staff is behaving as they are providing 5 star facilities.

I booked this hotel for my parents and they had a horrible experience. On making requests for water, tea bags or milk pouches staff argued why it was needed. They told it was chargeable but never brought the stuff requested. There was limited breakfast menu and food was just so so. It appears that staff is not trained. My parents have told me never to book this hotel again. So, book at your own risk.

The breakfast provided by hotel is nice except poori bhaji, I did recommend the management to discontinue it. The parking is on road. However rooms and attendant are very nice an co-operative.i recommend it as a place to stay despite fact that ola driver can not locate it.

We stayed there for 6 days..had such bad experience..rats visits every time n eat your food packets..n when we complain to the staff..every time they said that we are putting rat trap..n they couldnt do anything..out of 6 days we saw 4 rats got in the trap n it was so pathetic..my daughter n son were so scared to stay in that room..n no use of changing room as i saw them catching rats from other room next to ours n top floors...we went through Treebo ..so wanted to inform them but no help...all the time while staying in room we were scared hope our clothes are safe n we also used to keep in our bags..not freely in rooms...will not suggest anyone with kids...here i have posted few pictures of our room..see leftover food always scattered by rat..or our packets cuts

The hotel is just amazing. Its centrally located in bhopal. Very near to all famous DB City mall and other parts of bhopal. Maximum government offices are situated near to the area. Hotel.reception as well staff is very cooperative. Room are very well maintained and far better im technology overview. You dont have to hang a card outside room telling do not disturb or clean the room. You just have to swipe your finger on the panel. Neither you have to worry about your keys because the door is key less and is card access enabled. The bathrooms are fitted with jaguar accessories and is quite decent in making. The complimentry breakfast is very nice in taste. You will get kettle, milk powder, tea bags, 1 mineral water bottle and cofee bags any number free of cost. If you dont want to have food in the hotel, finest hotels of bhopal is near by this area. Everything is just perfect. Really happy to be here.

Came here for draught, it is best here but snack options should be improved. Seats were not too comfy but after 2 drinks i got over it. Overall good for draught and rum.
