Its a 3-star property.Wonderful experience of stay at this hotel. However, wanted to extend the same but hotel was fully booked at the time due to marriage that it was hosting.A good place with centralised air conditioning, nice service, lot of amenities. Best of all is the affordable rate for basic deluxe room with breakfast included.Near to railway station, mall, market etc.Overall, an excellent and up to date place to stay in city like Bhopal in luxurious room at cheap rates.

Celebrated nephews first birthday here on the rooftop hall, arrangements were nice. But the quality of food was not upto the mark. We selected this place because of our previous experiences, which were very nice.So maybe this time was a glitch!Hoping for more better experiences.

It is a very nice hotel to stay. All staff behaviour are also good. Food quality was good. Due to covid19 situation buffet breakfast is not getting served which is another point to give 5 star rating

First teach your restaurant owner/manager to behave properly to the customer. If customer doesnt like your food you should accept it.

A descent hotel having around 25 rooms, banquets, restaurant and a roof top banquet cum restaurant fit for a gathering of around 100-125 people.Food quality is good at reasonable price.

Worst hotel in bhopal, people are rude they deny for services...when there is issue in services hotel people just say we cant do anything...no refund no refund no refund...request you all to dont go for this property. They dont give services which is mentioned . This is not first time i stay 2 times and both time i face major issue. Worst hotel in bhopal.

Service was not good.I booked it for my engagement party.Very very poor service and I regret choosing this place.Food in taste was good but they were serving cold.Starters were coming in gap of half an hour.Not even proper waiters or helpers given as per booking commitment.Hall was Good but again it was not clean untill we arrived.Hotel room we got half an hour late and washroom was not cleaned.And above all they charged us more than it was decided during booking.I highly recommend people not to go for Rajhans.Service is pathetic.

Had great stay for two days. The room and bathroom were neat and clean.Food is average and at good price.I faced creep waiter(food delivery man). Once he placed the plate on the table, he was not going out of the room. He was standing there expecting tips. He should understand that I am in no mood to give any tip in 10 seconds. I said ok thank you 3 4 times bit he was standing there with creepy smile.I hope hotel management give some lessons to these type of room service guys.

Rajhans is just a name now from old days . Earlier some years back it used to be good but recently when we went for dining...the food was 3rd class in taste. We had to add salt for taste as it was the only taste. Soup had no taste at all. When we ordered main course the gravies looked spicy but again tasteless...the staff was also not cooperative. We regret going there.They spoiled our dinner. Will never go there again...my other friends have only experienced same when I checked with them...please dont go there by just name...

Hospitality was excellent, very polite and helpful staff, super service, amazing quality of food and at the same time not drilling a hole in your pocket... We thoroughly enjoyed.. 👍

Now a days its habit to eat outside, but we should avoid eating outside specially in hotels ,our homemade food is always best, no hotel can serve us best food then our house, no need to eat roti, dal chawal at hotels..... As no hotel maintain cleanliness as our kitchen....

Pathetic experience. Worst receptionist. Just because we booked via MMT and struck a good deal. We were harassed and asked to wait for 2 3 hours. I already spoke 1 day prior about that we will be checking in at what time. Still the rude receptionist kept on arguing and denying what was promised.

Please add upi payment method like Google pay phone pay etc for better experience

I have not provided the room that i booked. i have booked executive room by paying higher price but they alloted me deluxe room which is less costlier than executive room. so why are you cheating us by taking higher charges and not giving services.

I made a special request 3 times for providing me breakfast early morning in the room and we are highly dissaspointed with staff and their service, everyone was just sleeping and later they gave me almost dry breads with pinch of butter in the name of sandwich.Also the dining area during dinner time was fully conjusted with people partying and no sign of social distancing , sanitization and temperature checks.Sanitizers were kept at the entrance just for show off.People at reception and cooks were not even wearing their mask properly.

This is of the most known place , it is best placein all functions like parties, family dinner, Dating,Weekend dinner and too many etc. Here I have many memories but one of them I will share with you all there was birthday party as we were fourin silly talk two of them gone serious and decided to bet who will eat more number of rasgullas tilllast and you will not believe that they were unlimited and of the price as the thali pricethat was like to say wow...And the taste was like word less no description at all one of the best qualityThe only suggestion is that once you should also go and visit there...

Decent place to visit with family and friends. Lip smacking Unlimited thali is recommend. There menu vary every day. Will give 5/5 for tasty food and fast service. Hygiene and sanitation could be improved.

Top Floor was hot as hell without AC.

I loved it! The top floor restaurant and the best part! Its a photogenic place and gives magnificent photographs. The negative side here is that the halls are small and should be booked for a gathering of 50-70 people only.

Amenities clearly mentioned provision of mineral water, but the hotel charged Rs.70 for 2 bottles of drinking water, when the MRP on them was Rs.20. Their explanation - they only provide 1 bottle of water as complimentary, the rest are chargeable. The linen wasnt clean. Sofa cloth had spots. Mosquitoes in room.People at reception dont pay attention to customers, keep talking to each other or over phone. Dont even know how to smile.Latches on both windows are loose, rendering them risky as they open outwards with a little push.

Thali is the most delicious.Good place to dine in.Banquet halls and service is really good.

Im a regular customer of this restaurant. Its a great place for vegetarians. Be it starters or full course meal everything is finger licking good. Its quantity is also pretty good and inexpensive as well.Its ambiance is not that impressive and also its management team needs to improvise things like the behavior of the staff and services need to be improved otherwise regular customers may become irregular or may not even visit .

Worst experience.... The person at the reception was very rude and despite prior confirmation for early check in they denied and made us wait for 2 hrs.Finally vwe had to cancel the booking and shift to a nearby property.PLEASE AVOID

Previously food was quite good. But recently i have visited couple of times and the food quality was pathetic and day by day it is getting worse. Cold food, hairs in food, oily food not expected from rajhans

Restro is good.... Food is tooo good n quantity of food is best as no restro gives that quantity of food. Hygenic place, thali size and sitting area is comfi.

All more tastier then ever. I like Special thali of Rajhans too much. Whenever i visit i prefer the same because of its variety and great taste. Although we do not get Nan Roti in thali but it is the best among all other restaurants of Bhopal in comparatively low price.

Rajhans Regent is a good place for a small function or get together. Was here for an engagement and the services are good. The hall and rooms is spacious. Lift is available. Food of Rajhans is always a delight. They also insist on wearing mask and check temperature at the entrance.

My personal favourite offered here are veg kothey, amust if you visit this restaurant cum hotel. Its Ritz branch is superb for gatherings and celebration. Interior are very beautiful. Taste of food is good they provide only veg food easily locating in this area near hotel car and two wheeler parking available. Good for every person and occasion.

One of the worst experience, they guys dont even knew you had booked the hotel I had to wait for 45 min at 12 AM for check in Second they have not even allotted the booked room, they allot you normal room even after you book room with bath tab and the reception guy keeps on fighting with you - Aapko toh yeh hi milega.Thridly when you are slept they keep calling in your room and calling you till the time you dont get awake.*Worst Services* - Not at all advisable to book this hotel for your Bhopal stay. Complete waste of time and money.

I am giving a rating of 2 stars. Reason being:1) The staff(who was serving the food) was not at all co-operative. It seems he was in rush, every now and then was asking, can we start with the main course now. Why? I guess, he wanted to rush for home. It was only 10.45 p.m.2) We ordered a stick of Paneer(since it was bbq), I dont know what he listened? He bought a single piece of Paneer in a cup(LOL).
