Amer group need no introduction, it is one of the finest places of bhopal to hang out and spend quality time with your family and friends. Its been so many years people were enjoying their food and bakery items. Currently they have renewed their every outlet with beautiful English cafe theme and have made improvement in their menu. Attaching pics for the same. They have one of the finest coffee in their menu and some really lip smacking dishes.

Good staff and fabulous food but rooms are very small and washrooms even smaller.

Not upto mark & not fully justify name Amer Palace. for corporate their Rooms not good. Room size is ok but all rooms without windows & ventilation. Room furniture is old fashionedas far as tarrif concerned its too much high which not matched according to room & hotel.Restaurent & food Quality is Good. Other then entrance nothing is good there, as ull get into ur room ull feel old stinky room dirty curtains and never washed door matt and what to say about bathroom, bathroom is so so so dirty i cnt say shower is chocked, bathing cabinet is so small it fells comfortable only fr kids…. Worst experience with high prices of no worth.

It’s a long stay for me(176 nights)bin Bhopal as I am working with BHEL for one of the projects. Thanks to Hotel Amer Palace.The front office team is good and friendly(Sujat & Prasanth).Bakery items are excellent and maintains quality.Prosenjit is a new chef makes food whatever the style we suggests him which sometimes feels like a home food.Mr.Atul front desk manager is helped me for room upgradation and when my family members visits to Bhopl for 3 days provided quick room service. Thank you very much for that.Thanks to Manohar/Sonu/Shailender/avanesh/Tivari /Namdev/Ramakrishna for timely help in room service.House keeping is excellent , thanks to shaligram singh and his team but other persons are not up to the mark.Room service is okay but sometimes service gets delayed.However overall stay is comfortable but the final day was disappointed me because of Mitilesh singh words who is overconfident with pride that he himself feels owner of the hotel. Says apology after wrongly spoken words which cannot be taken return anymore and asks me to come back once again when hotel gets reopened, dear management kindly look at him.

Quality hospitality ✨ serving best in town

It was late night when we arrived at hotel Amer palace aside from my family there was only one more customer, but still after ordering it took more time to deliver our order then it should take.And food was also not that great. Well it wasnt like that food was of bad test. Food was ok but we expected it to be more good in taste.

Really good place and a really good ambience. The food is good though a little expensive. The cakes are super good even the donuts. I personally have tried the traditional pineapple cake and it was really good. The place also maintains a good hygiene.

Stayed in the hotel from 7th January 2016 evening till 10th January. The whole experience was very good. There was good options for complimentary breakfast and food options was very broad having good taste.The hotel has a decent gymnasium and the toiletries provided are of reputed Biotique brand. The best part of the hotel is the ambience and the central location.Habibganj railway station is around 1.5 kms away and the famous DB City Mall is around 500 metres from the hotel.One should definitely do booking in advance as it has a great footfall

This incident took place today. I work in a covid centre 18 hr daily, i went to hotel requesting the manager i am hungry and i need to return on duty. The boy next to manager said ok sir will get you something parcel but manager made some gestures and told him to deny me. We are working 18 hrs daily risking our lifes and this is the kind of behaviour towards us

Very bad experience it was my first time stay after COVID.I thought it was well maintained n hygiene maintained..but nothing like that.Room had dust everywhere. All the utensils glasses, cups, electric kettle had dust on it. Tables were dirty. Not sure if they had even sanitised the room or not.Not preferable at all at least at this time.

I have been here recently after a very long time... Service is not very good. Have to wait very long to get waiter attention. We have ordered sizzler, veg kothe, hakka noodles, lasagna, and manchurian. They dont even know how to make sizzler or lasagna.... These two dishes are worst for a three star hotel. Veg kothe is slightly sweet and manchurian is of lower quality than a street vendor. Definitely not recommending this place... A ton of improvement in food is required. Nothing like three star...

We booked Amer due to our good previous experience. Food is pretty good. Rooms are decent with all amenties. We booked the executive room. The one given to us proginally didnt appeal much so we requested for a change and the staff was polite enough for change our room to a bigger one. Staff is very polite and helpful. Detoriated Food Quality...

Perfect stay from start to finish. The gentleman at reception was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for myself, Room, bedding and bathroom clean and comfortable. Big bathroom with all quality necessities. Lots of parking. Not Very peaceful night waking to the sounds of Cars n bikes because hotel is at Main Area of Bhopal its near by MP nagar n DB Mall. But Still its a Great value, highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting the area

U can always depend upon them to be most helpful and cooperative for any sudden need that arises during a function. The food is as usual and always awesome. 👌

Centrally located nice small budget hotel. Rooms are good, but not excellent, service is priompt and good. Well working WiFi service. No heating! That caused problem for me. First I got a room with no window. I did not like it. Luckily it was changed next day to a good room with big window.

The best part of the hotel is it’s location. Thus for business traveller it can be a great motivator along with the price you pay.The reception is located in the 1st floor which you can reach climbing up the stairs. Thus not a disabled friendly, probably because it’s quite an old property. The check in was fast. But the reception did not provide the Wifi ID & password which I had to ask. The room was big enough & had the necessary accompaniment of tea maker, study table etc.The commode was too low for my comfort. The glass panel partition in the shower covers just 25% of the place & thus post shower there will always be a lot of water in the bathroom floor which is disgusting. Even the towel mat would be drenched. I hope the hotel just put a glass door to avoid this.The breakfast was limited but optimum. The food tasted good but the staff was quite indifferent and reactive.Overall good for a night stay if you are looking for a budgeted stay.

Very poor food quality of lunch and dinner

Rooms are pretty spacious. But furnitures are pretty old styled. Reminds you of Govt guest house. Neatness is OK. Rooms and Toilets need renovation. Many people told that food is excellent. For me it was just OK. Had tandoori chicken - it should have tasted better salt was very less and did not have masala. Parking is available but on the roadside.Staff behaviour and cooperation was excellent.

Well known place for small party, functions. Quality & Taste of food provided is unmatched. As centrally located in the city of lakes i.e. Bhopal, easy conveyance available. The rooms where ok but old. The room ambience is dull and not lively. Just you to renovate the interiors or painting. Overall the stay was OK.Food -Dinner - Taste of food which I ordered was not fully satisfied. The meat was dry and curry was not to the mark. Price is on the higher side. The lemon juice was bad and bitter.Breakfast - it was a buffet and satisfied.

Nice hotel, reception on first floor up a flight of stairs, but there is a staff member to help with bags.Hotel is a collection of adjacent buildings knocked through, so there is a labyrinth of corridors.Rooms use proper keys, not key cards! Restaurant on ground floor serves a range of decent food - very popular with the locals too. For breakfast I requested a plain omelette, but it came Masala style with chillies... All staff friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and elegant Amer palace is a must stay during your visit to Bhopal. The rooms can accommodate a maximum of two, though they are a little cramped up. The restaurant is quite good with a premium on it. It enjoys a close proximity to the DB city mall, the largest shopping centre in Bhopal.

Hotel service staff is highly unprofessional & irresponsible. I misplaced by business diary having important documents at the reception while checking in and forgot. Next day while check out I realised it and asked for the diary. First it was denied but when I insisted then they started the search. Later on it was found in the garbage bin and in a teared out pathetic condition. This is absolutely shabby & irresponsible approach of the hotel staff. They just dont care about the approach and service aspect. Highly disappointed by this irresponsible and unprofessional approach.

Its a nice hotel at very prominent location in MP nagar.. with good four star amenities.. very friendly staff.. tasty food.. personally I had a very good experience. Buffet complimentary breakfast on affordable rates (if you dint book it while bookibg ur room) as good as Rs. 199. It has a bakery at the ground floor.. and a treat for all pastry lovers.
