The Target of Doctors to get atleast 10k to 15k from each normal patient, if the patient is serious people might have sell their property in order to pay the hospital bills.My wife have some problem, so we went to Bansal Hospital (as we thought Bansal is good hospital), before proceeding anything doctor asked us to test, we did, it cost arround 11k, thats included almost test. +Medicine 1500. When we went again to show the reports, She asked for a bioscope surgery. At that we were thinking that something is not good. Then we goto Gwalior, and TRUST ME my wife is absolutely well there is nothing to worry, note sure why she made it so complicated. I wont recommend Bansal Hospital to anyone.Had a really Bad Experience.

Good things - 5 starDoctor and staff - We got cataract surgery done. Doctors are very good and staff is warm and friendly.Cleanliness - hospital is clean and hygiene standards even during corona is maintained. Cafeteria is good as well for patients attendants.Bad things - 1 starBilling - billing process is way toooooo long and painful. It took them 6 hours for cataract billing done. Also their software Insta doesn’t work sometimes which results in hospital not able to admit / discharge patients. Hospital should consider upgrading their software and have more people at billing counter. Currently there is only 1 person who does the billing.

I have very good review for the hospital. Apart from well organized setup and modernized equipments, lifts, Xray and Sonography, they have good support staff too. The ladies @ the registration / reception counter, Security guards, wardboys and nurses are gentle in their behavior towards the patients and their family members. One thing I did not like about the hospital is for every payment we need to go to Ground floor to pay. An sick person, elderly person, person with movement difficulty cant do up and down. My father and mother both are Sr. Citizens with Arthrities issues, how do you expect them to go and pay for Xray and then for Blood test. payment gateway should be there in Xray and Blood test area so that one can swipe the card and get the services.Another thing I did not like was Reports are not emailed, so one has to come again for the reports. Patient database should have email ID and all the communications should be sent as an attachment to the patient. If there are chances of this facility being misused, atleast the report should be sent to the concerned doctor and any other change of medication can be made over the phone. Elderly people do not always have young children around to do the errands, such help from the Hospital will help the family to manage a lot of things over the phone. They can take the verbal consent of the patient. If not for all, atleast to those whose immediate blood relative is based out of station, such convenience should be given. I wanted to give 5 on 5 rating. Just because of these 2 points I am reserving this 1 point. Take care !Shaly Paul

Be aware of this scam hospital. They are big fraud. They are shameless, immoral and ruthless to give COVID positive report even if you are not covid positive. Logic is simple they have separate COVID hospital.For us they forced us to take COVID test at their hospital and gave positive result. It gave us such a mental stress but fortunately when retesting done at proper pathology lab report turn out to be negative. Only positive side is they have some really good doctors.

Its a very hygienic place...and also it carry advance machines for treatment of disease..
