I visited on 17-03-2021. Not a great experience to be honest.1. The representative forgot 3 points that I explained to be corrected and only in the evening he says sir fir SE ana padega apko.. totally unprofessional!!2. There is a new problem in my car now.. which was not there when I gave the car.3. Not happy with the billing. Paid via paytm but confirmation SMS didnt come to them so they kept me waiting. I got confirmation SMS and showed them but no use. Not very happy with this. I am trusting you with my 8 lac car, you cant trust me a meagre with 10k bill?

Very Bad service and bad response. Poor quality management. We have submit our car in this show room. after 3 hours they told us, they dont have parts ( break pad of ertiga) of ertiga.. They didnt arrange parts because its a necessary part of car.. Road side garajwala help us to solve this issue

It was a good place few years ago.. visited with the same impression. But seems maruti has lost it touch here in bhopal.

This is the worst car service I have experienced, even for simple things also they dont know what to do with it.- They dont care about what are the issues you have told them to fix in your car they just do what they wanted to do like changing oil and cleaning you car thats it.- Please dont fall in the trap of having 1000 discount. It is better to pay some more money for good service rather than worst service with 1000 discount.- Dear My Car Pvt. Very good place to have your vehicle serviced. I met an accident last month and gave my car for repair. The service was prompt when I approached and a staff named Sanju was very friendly in nature. He immediately took charge and got the forms filled up for insurance claim and then inspected my vehicle, talked to the surveyor and got everything arranged. Same evening, my car got surveyed and claim was processed. Though it took some time to get the parts and fix it into my car, I got a call from Sanju that my car is repaired and I can collect it. Before I reached, Sanju got it washed and made it ready for delivery. Awesome service. Very much appreciated.

They will complete our car servicing and in exact 3 hrs. They completed the car...... I am very happy with the workshop management and staff....

Its only good to go, if you have a new car having free service coupons, because while paid servicing they will stretch the bill and empty your wallets.I have swift, while paid servicing they charge 400rs for alingment (max 250/- market price)150 for balancing (max 100/- outside)And other various services at very high rates.Everytime they give you a bill of approx 5000/- during paid service

Recently I gave my car for repairs and servicing. I have a Wagon R 2011 model MP04CH1651 number and the work to be done on the car was replacement of left side rear mirror; Reverse parking camera installation; normal washing and servicing. They picked up my car from home. First of all, they did not have the rear left side mirror which is really surprising how they are such a big firm and do not have adequate parts. They told me that the work would take only about 3 days. I gave my car despite being a little uncomfortable with the time being required to do the job which according to me could have been done in one day. My job handler was Mr. Rajesh of the same firm. In these three days they could not order a left side rear view mirror. Then I got my car back. The Rear Parcel Tray and the Rear Car Boot Mat was MISSING. I mean they were so careless that when I inquired about it they said that THEY LOST IT. How can an authorized Service Center just lose someones cars parts?? They said that only the tray is missing and they never received the boot mat. When I pressed them to send me the photos they clicked before the car was sent they agreed that the mat was also there (meaning if I had not pressed them then they would have just stolen it like always). I said I want new replacement of the parts I have been deprived of. They agreed to it. This is not the first time they have done something like this. 3-4 yrs ago they had said the same things for my car cover which also they lost(rather stole) from my car.Will advise not to go there for car servicing.

They made me wait for an extra 2 hours and later I found that the glass wasnt cleaned properly.But the good thing is that later I got a call about feedback and when I complained they gave me a free wash.But anyway they havent done their work properly so I give them 3 stars.

Not satisfied with the service....Time committed by the agency not adhered to at all. Ill ensure not to approach this workshop in future & also recommend the same to friends/ relatives/ others..... This is not, we paid for....

Poor service and false charging. They will not listen to your any problem, do what they want to do and charge extra money for it. Every time i had to call them and tell that my problem is not resolved, then they again take my car back and solve my problem (in very rare case). That is why now a days i get my car serviced from private garages. They do a lot better work than fraud Maruti suzuki.

0 will be more relevant. Thirteen days they took to know if AC compressor is working or not, that too when I insisted to check it specifically. Only in accepting and delivery took hours

Well maintained service center... We have an alto case and once or car got crushed by a truck and when we got it repaired from this workshop, the staff helped us a lot by telling everything about insurance, etc. And they took very less amount of money from us and made the car look back like a new one

Large maruti service centre and workshop in the MP Nagar area. Opposite is the Maruti true value setup. Generally efficient place. Can book service in advance and pickup and drop facilities are available, which I believe are free for women.

Worst maruti workstation dont go there for servicing if you love your car
