Good:- Great experience, variety of accessories, staff behavior & knowledge was good, all are good exept,,,,Bad:-They only took 48 minutes to change side rear mirror glass.I was also visited 2 month ago for my ford figo service, it also take only 5:30 hours to complete even after pre book service time slots.Please, if you are planning to visit here for your ford vehicle servicing, then please pre book your time slot.

Good experience. I got very good deal for Ford Aspire (Titanium ). But be very careful regarding accessories. Only one or two accessories are worthy.

Good Place. Gets done your work fast and efficiently and also they do a really good job. The guys also do the paperwork super fast and are very helpful.

Unable to find out actual problem in vehicle, solely dependent on their senior mechanic, if hes outstation you have no option but to wait. Rest staff is polite but politeness wont repair the vehicle.

Extremely unhappy with labour charge. I came here for my cars servicing. The price of parts was Rs 7072.44 and they charged Rs 5122.38 for labour charge. Isnt it too much for 1.5hour work.

Location is obscure.Even after having visited the place 15times atleast, I frequently miss the turn where it is located.Better customer customer interaction is needed.Although it is oldest and the busiest among Ford dealerships in Bhopal, there is a lot of scope in customer dealing.

I purchased a ford eco sport from this place last year. Recently I gave my car for servicing and I was really disappointed with their work. I paid around 9000 for the servicing and yet they didnt even clean me car properly from inside. Overall poor experience. They charge a lot but dont give good services.

Very pathetic service. Took over 2 months to service an accident case. Apart from that harassing mentally and emotionally.

The chaos at workshop has been there for past 8 to 10 years. Front desk is always struggling to providing service, too many vehicles at too little space creates a unmanageable scene.They should really get some professional advise to improve workflow and customer delight.

Nice experience hope we continue to get excellent services in times to come.

Lovely place

Sales staff is good specially the one I dealt with Mr Bhupendra. However the overall standards do not match to the expectations. When you are purchasing a 10+ lacs vehicle and you see cheapness while providing little little things like car perfume and temple , it hurts. However the head of mechs mr Nirmal is a gem in this location. I found him very craftful when my vehicle broke down. I think the staff are good but the dealer/owner of showroom is not giving staff the required liberty to woo the customers.
