I have booked one flat during the year 2013. Today July 8th 2020. I didnt get flat. So I left the dream of flat. But till now I have not received my advance amount. I am repeatedly asking them my money. They saying tomorrow, next week etc...etc....

IBD is not reliable and un-professional builder . IBD Cheated me & many in IBD Royal Citi customer . I have booked my property in IBD Royal Citi project in Nov-2019 and till now I Have get possession of my property .They have committed possession 2.5 year during my booking 2009 . They have not project next two in years and use this land as a agriculture and got financial befit by grownup wheat . After three year IBD was asking money but that time IBD project was not approved by Bank hence my loan file reject by SBI .Again six month IBD got approval from Union Bank India then my Home loan cleared by this Bank with construction-link plan . IBD work very fast track till finishing & at the time finishing IBD stop construction. IBD call a meeting with customer and ask escalation charges 3.5 Lakh for 3BHK & 2.5 ( approx.) . Most of the customer refuse for this amount some of them file court-case against this demand & myself file court in Feb-2016.Some of customer got possession. My all payment has been done as schedule except 5 % because as per bank agreement , Bank will pay at time possession . still I am fight with IBD for my possession . court verdict still is pending . Still IBD Royal citi is not electrification has been done by Electricity -Board , IBD arrange some temporary arrangement for electricity service . it may be any discontinue and again they ask money EB connection .I discussed with IBD official they provide me possession with as below two condition .1st condition - I have to pay escalation amount ( now it is 1.2 Lakh IBD stated in court reply ) +5% which is supposed to pay by Bank.2nd condition - I have withdraw my case from court .I cant trust on IBD as above experience and cant make payment with withdrawn my case in court.This is unethical & unprofessional behaviour and customer - harassmentI waiting for court verdict till then I am strongly not suggest buy this property.

One of the most untrustworthy builder in Bhopal. DONT buy their properties else you will be keep waiting for possession for many years. no commitment no deliverance. very poor performance.
