Excellent living environment, fully covered colony in the heart of the city, well connected to major points of the city, 24×7 Cctv servilance, very clean & managed colony.

I have lived there for 3 years. Everything is good except water problem. When summer season started then water problem was begin.Second one was maintenance, when builder handed over the responsibility to colonys society then they started to charge Rs 1500 per/month for the maintenance fee. It was too much.There was a big problem of car parking. People park their car to other peoples in front of the gate. And then they started the quarrel! It happened with us also.

Peaceful and calming atmosphere. Behaved environment. Although the nearest market is 2 km away and Ola autos are difficult to find.

Beautiful township with all residential facilities at best location
