I called the number given on Google. Initially it was a very great experience when the person was very eager to get me out of my problem. I wanted to get the battery of my Lenovo laptop replaced with a compatible one. But since I was in a state of urgency. The initial assistance in aa superb. I was given a date to collect the battery as it was not available on stock. I came back on that date and found that it is not yet available. And they pushed it to another date or look for somewhere else. There things became disappointing. I think they should really work on the follow up of cases. Rest assured I found them really helpful initially.

Very bad experience. They told that your laptop will need new motherboard. I said ok change it. They changed but it is not supporting graphics. Whatever I write for praising the shop, its ethics and prompt service is less. I owned a Dell Workstation for 5 years, which collapsed because of SMPS failure some months back. Dell company kept the computer CPU with it for a month, and failed to provide for its parts.After struggling with Dell for months, I contacted My Computers yesterday. The call itself was promising since I knew I was talking with someone who genuinely understands the issue and had obvious experience in providing a solution.A visit by their team was made just hours after the call, while I am at the outskirts of Bhopal. They had got with them everything I had asked for and more, which means they were fully equipped to solve my problem based on the information that I had provided to them.Here they found that the motherboard will not be compatible with what changes we had in mind. So the plan was quickly changed that they will carry my computer with them for repair. I would also like to add that My Computers team knew how to take my computer apart, which was a genuine Dell System, and I had seen previously Dell Technicians struggling with how to disassemble it.They got everything signatured to make sure I knew that parts of my computer will be returned as is.I was promised that they will call me back within 3 hours to update on the condition and chance of repair, and they were punctual in doing so. My laptop had some hard drive problem which he could solve very professional, he even came to my home so i did not have to drive to him or anything, he came and gave me a new hard drive, I made it work and also warn my wife to take out the battery of his laptop.
