I had a very bad experience in this store in terms of service. First of all this is not HP service center. This is just an retail shop to sell new laptops, please never visit this shop for repair and service.My Laptop was heating and the solution I receive from technician is not satisfactory. They force to go for Laptop Service of Rs. 800 and then they denies from the permanent solution. Technician are very bad in diagnosis the issue and gives you false promise on solution after service.I am quite upset i visited this service center thrice then too they dont know whats wrong with the laptop and still keep me waiting for weeks.I would suggest to visit HP sales and service center that is 500m away from this store.

The Owner of this store is very rude, I dont know she is Owner or Manager of the store but the lady who owns the store is very rude. I purchased my 1st HP DOS product from there they asked me to pay cash, they werent accepting card, when I refused to buy product then she sent a sales boy to me who asked me to pay extra charges of 3% on card payment while gov. Asks for only1% and this too store owner will have pay but at last i purcahsed the product on 50% cash and remaining paid via card. But the lady was like Nosy aunty. And They brought the product from another store after an hr. Very poor seevice.

They take much time and work slowly and when asked about product then it said give me time.

Dont buy from this shop. Bad experience.They suggest us non HP product in higher cost.

Excellent products. These products are very durable and manufactured with real care about the end user. I personally use the HP Folio 13 for the last 5 years and havent had a single issue. Earlier also, I had HP Pavilion and it was great. Now the latest Spectre 13 will also be a trusted one Im sure.

The hp world in mp nagar zone 2 in Bhopal is the only place you should go if you wish to buy an hp product with original warranty and wide range of genuine products like personal computer system for home, laptops,printers etc.

They give fraudulent licenses of Microsoft products which will not work after a few months.

Prices are pretty good as compared to others and services are also promptgot some windows error and they solved and give it the same day.

Place is nice, but the staff is unable to cop up with it. The staff were unable to handle the crowd properly even the machine which is to be used for swiping card isnt functioning properly.They were unable to install the basic programs in the computer even, may be due to internet issue or lack of practice.Although they were selling the original HP articles but their staff service werent up to the mark, hence only stars are given.

It is a showroom of HP situated in Mp nagar opposite of Raymond shop.Staffs are good they are providing good service to customers. But they are offering expansive service and price of laptops and accessories are also expansive as compared to other shops.

The staff is good. They dont have anything other than generic laptops on display for you to experience. I went there for some repairs, which were promptly done by knowledgeable staff, but they dont give a receipt for repairs, which always feels shady.

HP world is an authorized HP service center situated at Mp Nagar Zone 2 Bhopal. The staff is helpful and qualified. The only issue I have with this service center is that it is a bit costly. Just for changing the fan of my laptop they charged 2000 rupees. The fan costs around 300 rupees and you can buy that from any online store or retail store and get it changed by local technician and it will cost you cheaper.

Please take your laptop to authorised service centre so that if any damage to your product is done, the company will pay for it.
