I would like to explain briefly. I have worked here and my overall experience with my team was good. However, there are no leaders but only bosses. There are no ethics and etiquettes in the management including the HR department.The HR dont reply or respond to the calls of employees easily. They dont care about employees and take them for granted. Management try to prove you wrong all the time as seniors dont take the responsibility of their mistakes and blame juniors for the error. The rude behavior of the CEO forces you to resign from the place because of self respect.Although, if you are a fresher, you can work here for few months. You may learn few things and learn to handle office culture.
