Update required in website:While in final page of placing the order and slecting payment method, if the connection drops out or the website gets slow, you wont get any notification that your order has been placed, thus you would referesh the page and the order will be placed multiple times.Summary: While routing the next url after the placing the order if you refresh the order will be placed multiple times.Also the email support is very poor, you may get reply after 2 days and in a very rude manner.Other is a whatsapp support which is fast, but needs to be improved.No calling support(based on information available on their site)You cannot cancel order once placed, again this is very absurd and time consuming both for delivery person and customer, as customer has o reach out the whatsapp number or the delivery person.
