WiFi adapter.Overall mine experience was good as I went with my elder cousin as he had been known by the owner (he loves to build pc and therefore visits store frequently).But dont take the advise of the crew working there as they dont have enough knowledge, talk to the owner about price or discount. 2ndly If you want to save more money try to search more in market , compare prices and if possible try to buy different items from different shops. This could save your money a lot. The thing you just have do is keep your bill safely.

The worst shop to buy products from the owner is not at all professional ,Moreover dont go their for any repairs in return they will just make your product worst and ask for more money ,The owner doesnt have a manner to talk , wont even hesitate to argue with you for after payments

Rude ( Batameez) owner ,untrained staff ,worst after sales services...i have bought a printer which on suggestion of owner is best hp liquid ink tank printer he said purchase time...madam if u dont use it for an year nothing will happen with in 2 years i had to repair it thrice..there technician said 900 rps for repair when i brought it home printer has got same issues..then they said cartridge gone pay 2300 i said its difficult for me to bring it so far everytime kindly collect it from my home same day as it was there faulty service...after 2 days no 1 came,i called 5 times at last tat owner sent sm1 who left my door without picking up printer saying u urself bring to shop just for a reason i asked owner u r charging me everytime too much his ego hurted...he is behind money once u purchase any product forget about aftersale service...saman bechne ke baad pehchaan kaun!!! Another hit...as my 900 rps got stuck i had to send printer for cartridge change...my father took it guess wat this time they didnot return printer cord for which again we had to go to there shop...never seen in bhopal such kind of unprofessional behavior..

Overpriced shop. No original bill. No after sales service. Rude owner & staff. Price is more than company MRP. (Read full below)This Bootcom is worst I have ever seen. Not able to perform the given task on time, avoids giving particular date for replacement of your under warranty goods.I purchased Dell Monitor SE2419H/CN-0YN1YK-FCC00-8CE-C5AL from Bootcom Computer, MP Nagar, Bhopal on 28th Nov 2019. Firstly he told price of this monitor Rs.14,076. Bill made which was Kaccha Bill. No serial number was mentioned on bill. (See pics below) When I came back from shop I seen MRP on box that was Rs. 12,238. I told him the same. Than he refunded extra money. But sell me the Monitor in Rs. Rs. 12,500. (Higher than MRP, see pics below). The monitor become blank/black on very next day. I reached to retailer for solution. He said that monitor will be replaced, submit the monitor to Dell Service center. Than he taken the Kaccha Bill back from me and given me the another new bill Serial Number.I reached to Dell Service center (Techmate Enterprises, M.P. Nagar, Bhopal). They created a service request and asked me for DO (Delivery Order) from the retailer. I asked retailer for this. Retailer said the DO will be provided by Dell Center.From the last 23 days, I visited retailer and Dell Service center many times. Sometime Service Center handed over me Monitor and told to go and contact retailer. The same done by retailer as well. But no solution provided nor any timeline given to me for solution or replacement/service. In this puzzled situation I became a football. This is kind of mental harassment for me.Please do not go to this shop.
