The sofa looks pretty much like that on the website! The wood is good quality and design is really nice.There could be better communication after sales from their end. Otherwise delivery was done nicely after I kept in touch with them via WhatsApp.Thank you for the sofa!

I got one of my sofas on tuesday but am still waiting for the other one it just keeps stating that it will be here in 48 hours but that was tuesday Seats lower than I expected, but great value for money. The real linen makes a vast difference over plastic based fabrics.

TeakLab hosts wide variety of unique furniture designs in sagwan wood. Apart from the designs available on its site, TeakLab also takes up custom furniture designs. I ordered a study table and requested some modifications to accomodate my desktop. The end product is as per the expectation. They need to work on their delivery time. It could have been faster. The table took 2 months and 18 days to be delivered. I had to follow up regularly for the status and had no other choice but to wait since covid 2nd wave was also ongoing. If one has to wait for over 2.5 months for a simple study table, bigger furnitures might take longer. So one must pay up full amount upfront and also be ready for a long wait when ordering from Teaklab.

I think the 3 seater sofa is great. I really like to sit on the upholstery so that it is firm and it is good for my back to sit up straight and relaxed.

This 2+1 sofa does not take a lot of space, its easy to set up and very comfortable.

Fake reviews posted for this concern. These people are very smart posting very good photos in website where products are not to that quality. They dont deliver in time, dont respond to calls, dont have return policy. They pick up calls from new numbers but not from customers who paid. As well carefully observe the photos and reviews posted of so called Satisfied Customers they are all fake. Avoid such sites. It will be matter of time before these guys are caught.

Placed an order like 2 months back.....no response from the seller.Nobody ever answers the phone even paid and advance Rs.50000 for it.Last 2 times when he did answer the phone told me that it is ready to ship and will do in a day or 2.It has been 3 weeks, on the contrary he has stopped picking up my call.Please dont buy from this site.

Update: the sofa was delivered. The product itself is worth 10 stars :) but unfortunately, the customer service throughout has been lacking. When you pay upwards of 50K furniture, you expect more responsive customer support, and better logistics handling - however, the company just hands you the truck drivers number to coordinate with directly. If only they could fix this part of their service, their products are worth every penny.Old review: Horribly run company. We ordered 50+ days ago. No update on the order, no response to our emails or messages or calls on their customer support contact lines. I have to give a 1 star as there is no option for 0.We had ordered a customized bar stool with them around July 2021(After lockdown was lifted) and delivery was scheduled to be 6 weeks. We have already paid an amount of about 19000+ for 2 stools. They sent a wrong order and was taken back. There is no refund or sign of sending of the correct order. We dont know where to contact them as their support number is not working. Extremely disappointed with them and we have a feeling of getting cheated. Gorgeous and sturdy sofa! Excellent material and super comfortable. Currently parked in my living while I wait for that furniture to arrive but it will look even more amazing outside! Can’t wait! I placed my order in Oct 2020. Received the cupboard on 3rd April. I had to follow up almost daily and with COVID there was a delay. I still have 2 items that are yet to be delivered. There is nobody answering my call. The contact no given in their website. There are deliveries to bangalore weekly. But my pending items are yet to be delivered. There was no receipt given to me when i placed the order in OCT. My proof is on WA only. They dont have a store in Bangalore to raise my concerns...

Pathetic service! My furniture was delayed for months. Called them a million times but nobody responded until I threatened them to take a legal action. I received half furniture after months of following up and then i had to beg for another few months to get the other half. Never ever purchase anything from them online!Also they will try to lure you to give them 5 star rating and they will send you a free side table. Dont fall for it. Its a trap!

Heard about Teak Lab from a friend as I was looking for sofa, and Teak Lab did not disappoint. Had a conversation with Hashim before order. Online chat was fast and effective way to ask a question regarding delivery options, pre-ordering etc. I have dealt with a number of furniture retailers over the past few months and Teak Lab really impressed me. Will definitely be shopping with them again.

Complete no for this website.Most horrible website i have come across. I am an architect myself and would never recommend buying anything from there website or page. I ordered a table which they promised to deliver in 20 days and didnt deliver for next 30 days. They never responded on whatsapp and communicated the status after asking and calling multiple times. They took payments in advance and then vanish no updates on the product. Then they sent table through a local transport who returned because he had no vehicles to deliver the product. The product table was then left below in the building lobby and not delivered till the flat.After opening the table, instantly we realized the table is not of teak and some other wood. The drawers in the table were horrible and unfinished and fittings were very cheap. They also didnt polish the product in the shade we requested, also the bottom parts were left raw and unpolished and so were the inside of the drawers.Never ever order from this website .

We had ordered a dining table set from the website in December 2019. The product gotextremely delayed because they were using some local transport and delivered with damages and terrible finishing in March 2020. We had to make full payment during the placement of order and had no choice but to wait. They agreed to take this back and send us another set after the lockdown eases. There was months of follow up with far and few responses from their end. Finally it got delivered in the first week of September. The table and chairs are of two different colors of polish and not the one we had approved while placing the order the first time around. They assured they would have it rectified and then stopped answering our calls altogether. It has been the most tedious online ordering experiences and definitely not a quality product nor is it worth the price.

This is one of the worst customer experience I’ve had. I ordered a sofa on October 20, paying the full money in advance, which is not a small amount of money. The sofa was supposed to deliver in 4-6weeks. It’s January 25 2021, and I still haven’t received it. There was 0 communication from their side, every time I have to ask them updates. I call they don’t pick. When I call from unknown number they pick. I message and they reply once in a while. They reply saying in one weeks time, in three four days time. It’s been horrible and frustrating. The order updates on the website doesn’t work. I would NOT recommend this service. I am posting some pictures of my WhatsApp conversation with these people, see how’s its been going on from November.

Furniture Quality is good.

Firstly, let me start with their customer service, as it needs to be improved a lot. There was more than 3 months delay in delivering the furniture. Even considering the lockdown, this is unaccpetable, since there was no update on delays from their side. I had to chase them and their response was very unreliable.When it eventually did arrive, one of the cabinet legs was broken. It was fixed very poorly and probably broke during transit. They then arranged a carpenter from urban clap to repair it. The 3 seater sofa was not well thought of. It is 7feet in length and the main wooden members are not deep enough, hence it sags easily. We had to add extra central supports with timber pieces available at home. The design detailing needs improvement. The sofa cover also had some kind of stain (which is still unresolved). No quality control whatsoever.Lastly, talking about the quality, it is a mixed bag. The cabinet was poorly finished. Large gaps are there between the sliding doors and the sliding door channels are left very rough. Even the drawers do not operate smoothly. The final sanding and clear coat (melamine finish) is very inconsistant. It has not been sprayed properly in many spots. The quality of teak used is acceptable at this price, but as mentioned above, the finishing, detailing and customer service is well below par.

It is basically factory and construction places for all teak wood furniture and accessories.

Worst company ever. I placed the order 5 months ago and since then I have no way to contact them. They dont reply to emails, calls, whatsapp anything. I still havent received my order nor did I get my refund. The lack of accountability just shows what kind of fraudulent company they are.

Talking to their customer agent has been fairly decent however, they havent shipped my table and it has been more than 45 days . I have to follow up every second day on the status now. My colleagues who had ordered a similar table from other custom websites have received their order long back.

PERFECT BED FOR THE BEST PRICEI was lucky to see this ad one day on my facebook. I went to the site and noticed this beautiful bed for an awesome price. I read about the company and values they use with what wood they use and how they harvest it. I also liked that it was very easy to set up and the instructions and parts are very good to understand. The payment options are really good also. I used bank credit since they offer it on the site and I get 6 months to pay it off when using that option. Thats like getting the bed for free at the price point its at. There are some other really good pieces of furniture on the site that I will be back and purchase as needed. I am happily recommending TeakLab for you. I bought a 2+1+1 sofa set with coffee table for my home in calicut and item was delivered in good packing and most importantly as per agreed ordered design. I fully satisfied with their workmanship however would like to highlight few points as lessons learned : 1) Dimensions shall be thoroughly reviewed against your available space. 2) Although delivery was agreed within 35-45 days , due to various reasons it was delivered 2+ weeks late. 3) payment has to be made in full upfront Which puts us on our toes till item is delivered at our home.

I had bought a 2+1+1 sofa from TeakLab and happy to say it was worth it.The cushion quality is not up to the mark, so 1 start minus. However the furniture is top notch.The customer service is also present to answer and does provide status update every now and then.The delivery can be expected to be 1-2 weeks late as mine was delivered 10days.As I said earlier, a lot of people - friends and family came to my house and were really impressed.Thanks, TeakLab and hope to buy more products.

I was really impressed with the collection they have on display and ordered a TV /Media unit. I has given a delivery estimate of about 3-4 weeks and i patiently waited. After the said time, i contacted the customer support and asked the status of the shipment. Throughout this process, I never got a single email, or follow up from the team, and had just one order receipt. To my shock they said my order has not been assigned to logistics and that I would be updated with tracking info after the holidays (it was around independence day). Even after holidays i sent repeated reminders on their whatsapp number that was very responding till the date i made the order. Even after two days there is no response from anyone. I will be updating this review once i get an update from Teaklab. Till then, i really do not recommend these guys.
