I have never had such a bad experience in my life of 35 hrs. Very inexperienced guy chosen for hair cutting and his hands were trembling while he was cutting hairs. Such a bad hair cut, I cannot imagine. It is better to have a hair cut from any road side shop instead of having it in this place.

Well the Salon and the servise is very nice and i must say the staff is very cooperative but the total buzz off is the owner MR PRADEEP JAIN..He is highly unprofessional and have no sence of communication, he behaive with customers like he is doing some kind of a MERCY or charity on customer with his services that too on free of cost.. Sick Man..Pathetic man with no etiquettes at all..I went to the salon for Global hair colour and highlights and after colouring it was not visible  only the highlights was visible and i paid around 3500 rupee for Global hair colour so next day i went their nd ask them to correct it but they have suggested to go for more highlights.. and then i tols them to correct it either do my global colour or do more of hilights so we freez it with hilights..and if i want the global colour again i need to pay for the whole amount all again.. and for that highlights he charged me more  2000 rupee..And i am like its not done like other big salon in Bhopal provides a free colour correction services.. when i ask this he bluntly said that we dont do that.. Its your fault that you choose a wrong shade.. (FYI.. i have selected that colour after consulting with the hair dresser)He put all the blame on me that i cant give you any discount you have to pay for the colour correction..I have spend 3500 on global colouring (which was a total waste of amount for me) and previous highlights amount was 2500 something i am not sure about the amount, then i have paid 1800 rupee (the amount was 2000 but he showed a great mercy on me of giving me 200 rupee discount on that) more for colour correction/more highlights streaks..I paid the amount and litraly Thank PRADEEP JAIN for providing me of 200 rupee discount on which i have wasted bloody 5300 Rupee..PRADEEP JAIN a disgusting man and have no manners how to talk to a customer..Such a useless and cheap person..
