Nice showroom with brand new royal Enfield bike

After purchasing bike they dont even care about you. Its been 2 month I didnt even recieved feedback call and still didnt recieved number plate.Bad work ethics.

Best showroom for bike.i have to visit this place for classic 350 for grey color inquiry.so in bhopal u can buy bike for royal Enfield showroom this showroom is best .and the staff behavior is very good.and Atul the staff of that showroom.it is explain whole thing of all bike.he explains which type of engine .

Hi I was purchased the Royal Enfield Bullet-350-ES on 8/10/2020 from Ananya Auto showroom Bhopal (M.P.), but since I purchased the bike lots of many problem occur happened with my bike, like some time brakes issue has come, and Initially when my bike came some scratches on the handle side which I enclosed the photographs and now this is time “self start” is not woking and when I go to the service center they said some coil in this is burn, This October 2021 warranty of my bike will finished, after that no one will help me out in this situation.

The worst sales service the worst behaviour and if there would have been a thumbs down option I would have pressed it 100 times that if you are planning to buy your Bullet Please it’s a request do not go to this showroom! As I asked the sales person for a test drive they don’t have bike for test drives and asking the buyer to try another one! I mean wow! And when I said okay so they don’t have any responsibility to make a call I mean how many bikes are you selling ? 100 a day? Or more then that! No customer values! Worst showroom in Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal!

Experience was extremely bad. Staff behavior was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Would never ever refer anyone to go there.

Staffs are really helpful and supportive. My laila (bulletX 350) is from Vadodara and shes getting her 2nd free service at Bhopal without the service book.

Worst services i have ever seen and also the worst coustmer handling i was asked to reach the showroom at a given time with a promise of being attented by the service staff but inspite of reaching the showroom an hour earlier i found that it was shut. I would suggest everyone not to prefer this store for purchase and m utterly disappointed. Please do learn to respect your coustmer.

Dont bid on this showroom they arent worth your time and money. Im giving it 1 star because theres no option for 0 stars. And also service center

Dont know why they have open the store when they are not interested to sell bikes.Very bad & pathetic experience... want to purchase bike but seems like no one is interested to sell. Their sales staff is so unprofessional & lazy that they will not even call you.I believe that due to their monopoly they are doing this intentionally... I hope Jawa motorcycle to come soon in Bhopal or Enfield opens some new store, then only these guys might improve.Also Ill try to escalate this issue to the Royal Enfield headquarters.

Rong bhever poor staff froud dealer

One of worst showroom I ever visited of RE. Only few of the employees were wearing masks. No sanitizer offered. Employees were not even aware what articles they have in their inventory. I went to buy a helmet.RE should look into these matters seriously.

Thier representative are really rude and they think that they are doing us a favour.Really disappointed with thier behaviour.
