They dont pick up calls. I was waiting for my bus and the bus didnt arrive. Waithed for 1.20 mins. And finally booked other bus operator

The bus was cancelled by them on the day of journey due to technical problem and I had to find a new travelling option. Talk to them first before u book to be safe...

Was able to get basic things for travel like water and wafers....nice and hygienic place....but guys remember to wear mask and maintain social distancing.

They dont care about you once your money is in their pockets.Can change boarding point from lalghati to isbt in a minute and expect passenger to reach there in 10-15 mins in peak traffic time.

OkBooked ticket via goibibo, boarding was on time.But the coach I got had broken AC, the bus conductor inserted his hand towel in it to obstruct the cool air flow.The journey was okay, reached destination on time.

Verma travels provide best services for long route journey. At Lalghati there is only boarding point you will be shifted by sitting bus or by car to main bus which will be ready out of City for journey in order to avoid busy traffic and manage time.

It was good to travel with verma travels from bhopal to lucknow......bus sometimethrow the passenger like a ball nd forget to catch..after traveling getting pain in backbone.

Very poor i have booked volovo ticket but there is not volovo bus it is regular bus.

Try to maintain the service and the very important point is u should trained ur staff, they need to learn how to behave with passenger.

Sitting facility at the waiting room is small...u have to wait for the bus on road for the opposite direction buses standing, since no sitting facility at opposite of road side...they will send u from different bus till next busstation then u will allowed to sit for the original bus...a very bad experience overall
