Pathetic service.. even after giving specific delivery instructions, extra phone number, delivery timing and numerous service call, they were not able to deliver simple package from bewakoof app. It seems they willingly dont want to work and be in service. I am so disgusted by thier delivery system that I finally I had to cancel my orders after waiting for a week for them everyday.

My order shipped on 26 may n did not deliver till now its moving from Hoshangabad to bhopal n bhopal to hoshangabad but not delivered till now whenever I track this it shows it ll be delivered today by the end of the day...its a prepaid order..even there is no proper customer support..worst experience

Dont deliver anything by this agency.It is fake will eat your item and it will never help you.
