Pathetic construction quality. Had gone to buy a house there but changed my mind. I wonder how a builder can compromise on quality of construction to that extent. Saw almost 5 houses all of them were in worst shape. The society has even put posters there about how builder had cheated them. Wont suggest anyone to even visit the place.

Before purchasing any house of D.K. Cottages please read carefully.I wanted to purchase but plan dropped. Now Im feeling lucky enough 😌
