I happened to go to Mi home at DB Mall and wanted to see demo of Mi Robot vac n Mop. It could not be demonstrated since wi fi is not available. Tried at T T Nagar also ealier, but could not succeed. Poor show really.

The given contact is just useless, I wanted to enquire about the availability of a product . I called for 2 days no one picked the call the person was on calls in between so i had to go to store and i told to the attendant but i couldnt get the product. Now too i wanna ask ia the product restocked but still no one responded.

Visited the store few days back to purchase the most suitable mobile phone as per my requirements. The staff is really kind and co-operative and provide good customer service. Mr Girijesh provided great demo and helped me select the right product.

I went to purchase a mobile from this store a bit early around 10:15 am, however staff was available but denied to provide any kind of phone availability status and the girl next to the boy wasnt behaving nice and talked arrogantly and said to get the information come after 11. my disappointment isnt with opening time but at least these people can talk nicely and provide the availability status with a simple yes or no. I will not buy from this store nor will suggest any of my friend to purchase from this store.

The lady support staff was very rude towards us and was not at all paying attention, when we said that why are you not telling us the product details her reply was how can I tell you the details when I am talking to other customers. Strange!!

Pathetic customer centric approach from MI Store! They dont provide contact number to check the availability of devices. My associate has visited 4 times to check the availability of a device and the staff was unable to confirm the available date of stock. Every time you have to visit and check. This is sheer nonsense! No value of someones time and efforts. This is high time, MI should improve their service standards otherwise they would definitely loose out on good prospective customers. Deserve no stars for their customer centricity but cant post it without giving a star, that is also a paradox associated with rating....

Mi home has same price as of online Xiaomi site. So better to buy from here than getting it from online (as same price along with all offers applicable in Mi home as that of online). Dont buy from Xiaomi service center (like charges, mi earphones , cable etc) as they charge premium as compared to Mi homes and Mi online website. Also dont buy from Mi preferred partners as they charge 500 more than online price. Just buy from Mi home as it is company official store.

Nice experience here I waited 1 hour to get MI NOTE 5 PRO I have to be line for buying it .But the worker works here are really good the behavior of them nice thats is this my first REDMI Phone that I bought from there was a little less place in store but best location for MI HOME choose and I am happy to buy phone form there ...🙂☺️

They are thieves selling the flash sale phones in black.They do not respect people standing in the ques.They tell everyone that the stock is over and then sell the units in balck in turn of 600 to 1500 rs.I think strict action should be taken against them.If enquiry is done about them you can find evidrnces of thier wrong doings very easily.Innocent people que up for 2-3 hours and they are makinh cash by selling in black.
