Nice Visit it was very happy to visit again they have very nice hospitality service and also they are following all the norms of covid and their behavior is sober.

After sales service and support is bad! I had to wait for 20 days to get the accessories fitted. Also the sales staff is not aware of cost and pricing breakup!! Missed to put the RTO Colour coded sticker which comes along with HSRP, follow up with them is very cumbersome and daunting.

I bought my ford ecosport now Its been a month I have not received my insurance even my registration ...

It is very surprising to me that without offering a Test drive agency have sent me a link to rate the Test drive experience

During the visit of Ur show room ...There in no any test drive given by sales manager . when I told hi he say Demo gadi nhi he .....One of new model they are not able to open the car due to that have no key ....Very strange .....Such a local services given by the Ur outlet and fill like we visited at Government office.....

A dealership with zero sales knowledge and say within the Ford India network! Booked a ecosport on 5th July and still till date have not received delivery of the same. Hilariously the Dealer is suggesting different colours and different variants😂. When I have agreed to pay you for a petrol titanium sports model in moondust silver color I WANT THE EXACT THING!!!Reason given is the plant is not manufacturing the car or the booking status is not getting updated in the plant. C’mon man should I be even looking into these details? Or you should satisfy the timelines you initially committed when you desperately wanted to make the booking of 15 days to be exact. I feel cheated, scammed and utterly frustrated by this dealers attitude. To be specific wanted to get this car for my parents and if you guys do not understand the concept of timeline your business is bound to be doomed.I WOULD RECOMMEND ANY POTENTIAL BUYERS TO THINK THRICE BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING HERE!

Took my Classic for service and replacement of the left mirror. They had all the required parts and were prompt in service. We were new to Bhopal and they booked an Ola for dropping off at the mall. Then once the service was over they picked us up from the mall. Excellent service and courteous behavior of the staff.

They know their job and the workmanship is good. But they seem to make you change unnecessary extra parts. Probably to increase their turnover. This is my experience from 3 visits. Same tendency to make you buy extra parts.

The worst experience ever, firstly they forced to purchase the vehicle and then they made false promises of taking care of all financial process and then the bank people will call you and disturb you each and every time for some or the other documents instead of mentioning it at once, and then they called to mention that only partial amount will be sanctioned, very rude staff of ICICI bank named Richa as she shouts on customer every other time. When we asked ICICI to hold the process so that we can check from other bank for loan from our end, just after 2 hours they called to mention that the whole loan is sanctioned. It was after 20 days when I mentioned that we are looking from different bank. Then they sent there staff called Kamlesh to our house forcefully when we mentioned not to come, Kamlesh started shouting on my father totally unprofessional staff, after few minutes the show room staff named Sachin called and mentions that when are we going to settle the payment i mean how cheap service was that after 22 days you remember to follow up on the amount as these Galaxy show room staff said on the first day that they will take care of everything and within 2 to 3 days loan , rto, insurance will be done but it has been 22 days now till now I didn’t get my RTO, and Insurance, staff whom we encountered Sachin , Arvind from Galaxy no communication at all and no service at all they are there for all false promises, they are very good at the time of collecting the vehicle after that you are on your own, we were all frustrated due to all of the staff attitude and unprofessional service i will not recommend anyone to purchase vehicle from Galaxy Ford and also not suggest you take any loan from ICICI Bank will recommend SBI Bank as they provide better service with low interest.

Rexently bought aspire...till the point car was not sold their services were superb...as soon as they sold us the car they showed their true colours...had to call them 50 times to send me the insurance document and invoice....i think they need to add words like after sales services and support to their dictionary...apart from that we specifically asked them to not to stick any stickers on the car but they did it anyway and spoiled the look of the car...overall not a good experience...
