On Sunday usually there will be crowd. Loved cheese pasta. Got the order quickly, no need to wait in a line. Staff are humble and doing there job with a smile. Had one the worst experiences at this place today. Found one roach inside my Tomato soup. And the staff was still adamant that the cockroache was not inside the can from which they were serving the soup, they were like it must have been inside the cup which they used. I dont know from where it came but my mood was totally spoiled, after I found out this.

Worst service ever i will never recommend this outlet in my entire life. Doing partiality in girls and boys in orders. I had order 4 items on 7:41 PM today and after 45 minutes they have given me only 3 orders by saying that they have no items left. They had given me their last order My Order No. Was 203 and invoice no. Was 559 and last order no. Was 226 still they do this with me. Terrible experience. They are not even for one star also. 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

Been there few times. Have tried separately vishnu & sharma chinese, but their merger is not that good. Vishnu & sharma separately are 4.5 star, but sharma vishnu, not ok. Every item is average, except shake, which is quite good.Recently got on parcel thali from them. Quantity was ok, but packaging quality, mix veg & chapatis was not at all ok. Contents spilled b/w chambers , chapatis were burnt out & mix veg was below average. Didnt expect this kind of quality.Rest contents were ok.

Really nice experience and if I may say, so the items/preparations were lot better than the famous chain SGs. Use of oil is lesser, portion size is good, taste is really good but most of all the staff behaviour is just great. If you want your order to go at the last minute, they wont get irritated. Infact the quality of packing also doesnt get affected. Although the guy at the water counter could serve colder bottles to customers.Anyway, all in all it was great and fulfilling eat out.PS: Do try hot garlic pasta. The pastaio there is very friendly and makes pasta to die for. Secondly, paneer makhni dosa....yummmayyy!
