Our initial experience was pretty good. A fast check in. The family members were taken to the room while the check in process was still on. This did help us after a horrid train journey we had to undertake to reach BhopalWhile the price was budgeted so was the service available. Hot water comes only in the morning. However we reached in the evening and it was not available. When he called the hotel staff they mentioned that they put the boilers on in the morning. However they will provide us one bucket hot water per person. We accepted that alternative but was delighted when they actually turned the boiler and the hot water started flowing in. I have rated the hotel one star extra because of this out of way service.The room did not have any tea/coffee making option which is definitely an inconvenience. The TV just runs 1 channel and I was seriously thinking why will a hotel spend money on a TV if it doesn’t want the guests to watch it.We stayed for 2 days and on both occasions we realised house keeping goofed up. On first day there was just 1 towel in the room. On the second there were no soaps. Even the ones which was there in the morning vanished. Last night they couldn’t find our room key! They opened the room through a master and promised to come back with the key soon. When it did not I plucked my credit card in the card slot and got the lights back. There was no key delivered till we call again next morning.The worst part is the breakfast especially on the first day. I just had bread butter and a bit of cornflakes. The spread had fruits ( papaya & banana), poha, idli, poori sabji. None was tasty, I mean the fruits as well. My family optimistically tried a bit of each assuming that at least something would be good but they were thoroughly disappointed. The second day alu paratha replaced poori while everything else was same. The alu paratha was far better than the poori sabjiI think it’s a new hotel without much professional expertise however the staff is sincere and trying their best. I just hope that they learn on the job fast and make it better than what it’s today

Nice Hotel. Owner refurnished the old building, converted in to a Hotel so front office, corridors are Not very spacious but rooms are comfortable. Facilities are good. Location is very good you can be connected Via Road and Rail easily. Oyo has taken over most of its space so you can enjoy their services and same will reflect in their tariff chart,Room tarrif is on bit higher side as compare to the nearest same facility(hotel). I have attached some photographs for the better info. If location is your ultimate objective then this hotel suits. Thanks!!

Different rooms have different problems. Our first room didnt lock from the outside and was too small. The 2nd one was little bit better but the bed was stiff. We had to remind them 6 times for an extra pillow and a bucket which was missing from the bathroom. If you can ignore all these hassles, then its an okay place to stay.

I recently stayed in this little cozy place situated in the heart of the city of Bhopal. It is adjustant to the Badi Lake which a famous touristic attraction of Bhopal. The hotel is perfectly located at a walkable distance from the well known eating joints of the city like Manohar Sweets and Rajhans Sweets who serve not only delicious but fresh and non-oily food.If I talk about this hotel,its staff is very cooperative and well spoken. Their chef cooks awesomely well especially the tea they serve is hot and gingery.I loved my stay here!

Just how can the Oyo make it flagship. They give you a stale sandwich in name of breakfast. Dirty linen broken washroom fittings. Just avoid it. Better option in hotel g.k. place which is just near by.

Room provided was spacious and food served was fresh and good but there were some problems1. No hot water in wash room on first day of our 2 day stay2. Room cleaning was not done on the 2nd day despite informing the reception person while leaving outside in the morning time for 3-4 hours. We had to repeatedly call to send a person for table cleaning etc. Cleaning service was poor.3. No cable channels like sony, zee, star etc. only free channels available and that also service was not there except for the evening we checked in4. When we inform the lack of proper service to the staff they keep giving their own reasons instead of accepting the situation and being sorry about itOverall not a satisfactory stay...

Bad service. They give one water bottle as welcome drink. Rest of the days, if you stay you get nothing. I checked in at 2 AM midnight on first day. Stayed for 4 days. Requested an hour of grace after checkout at 12 noon. They said it is chargeable @ half day tariff without bill. Though they have 24 hours check-in check-out policy for offline guests and had ample room s available. They dint realise that they lost a frequent corporate visiter as customer ie myself along with my office references, colleagues. They refused bill @ company GST though I asked about it before check in.

Its a budget hotel in MP Nagar Bhopal. I think its a nice place fir stay. but food is quite expensive, but you want go out side their are lots of good food restrurent.

Worst stay in a hotel ever and there is a alot of reasons.1. There was a big rat in the room roaming all over us and in 3 days of time no one cared after several complaints.2. Room lock sucks everytime we go out it locks us out and at every entry we should wait for 5 to 7 minutes at gate.3. No cleaning of room and bathroom done in 3 days of time.

Its a compact one. Doesnt have a grand entrance lobby. The staff is pretty nice. Its purely under oyo so much of its services are offered by oyo. The interior design is quite ornamental and flashy. The washrooms are pretty good. The rooms are quite cozy and comfortable. Its a bit under development but its going to be great.

Stayed here for business visit. The hotel is clean and staff is polite. Buffet breakfast and room service food was also very good. It is conveniently located if you have work in MP nagar. However, wifi does not work and dont rely on the hotel for taxi.
