Dont buy flats here there are lot of political interference and religious biasness

Worst. No water here. The builders person told us there is boring water 24 hours. But its not true no water of boring.they told builder provide bottle of 15 liter every day. From the date we came here that is 11/112020 nobody is giving any bottle.there is lot of smell in bathroom coming from duct area. Construction quality is poor. Nobody here is wearing mask.nobody comes here for delivery like swiggy, zomoto etc. Not even any local brand. Traveling expenses is too much to travel anywhere.if anybody having vehicle of own than OK. Water is necessity of life if no water than no use.please dont come here anybody.

I took a flat here 2.5 years ago, have been living here ever since. There are many serious conditions here. . No BMC water (Bhiwandi Municipal Corporation), No solar, No security guards for each building.When you take a flat, who is respectable for taking water from BMC in the Regal Building? If you ask this question to the builder, he says, go and see BMC. I have given a pipeline connection to your building.Do you understand what is happening?There are big snakes, dogs in the building area. . If you are thinking taking a flat to live here, take all these points. .Water time is not fixed here. Due to this boring water people have got hair problem, skin diseases. If you take it here, Please ready for all the problems.

One of the best construction in Bhiwandi, quality is good rates are also resnable, metro 5 work is in good speed, metro station near by project, loan from all nationalized bank available. Best for investment point of view.

Awesome place to stay and also invest. Steep appreciation expected soon since area development plan includes a wide road and metro 5 close to the complex. People are cool, the area is relaxed with almost all amenities available around the complex, and the complex itself is supple enough for a lot. The structures are sturdy, and provision made for almost everything that one can require to live comfortably and in style.

I have Purchases the flat here and living here from past 1 Year .This Place is having some serious problems1.their is a Mafia Gang which do not want development in the society as a result of which they have polarized the people .2.Their is no Hosing committee formed due to harassment from such people living in the society having political influence3.Yes from investment point of view it is good4.Crowd here is of third class mentality not good for the future of your kids5.Drinking water problem is their due to political conflict6.This region is developing fast can see good returns in future7.only 20 percent are flat owners rest are Investors and on rent .8.Playing area is very vulnerable where you cant let your kids play as the crowd is not good you can see people using nasty and dirty language .9.Mahindra and Lodha can be a good option

2018 Review:Facilities arent provided as per the informed by the builder. No Municipal water(they provide water bottles which arent quality tested)Staff members arent serious once the flat is sold. Dont go on the look of the project or building. swimming pool is made just to attract new customers. Good for investment purpose not for residential purpose.Yes getting approval from all the banks is easy these days for builders but providing basic facilities isn’t.Anyway the municipal water supply isn’t provided after 2 years of possession we are still buying water cans with our own money after paying maintenance. Also, the area will take more than 10-15 years to develop.For investors this a prime property but not for those who wants to live here with family.2019 Review:Here’s the updated review for the year 2019. We still don’t get water as promised by builder. We have to buy water bottles from our own money. Paying maintenance money every month as per actuals. Builder doesn’t want to take any responsibility of the residential area as he thinks he has hand hovered the property to the society which isn’t informed yet.2020 Review:now we have society members for time being as builder isn’t interested to take care. We still don’t have municipal water supply for builder no 3,4&5.Still suggest you not to go on the external but do a well research on the property and it’s facilities. It’s sucks! Now this has brought the flat can’t even sell as we don’t get returns on it.Metro work isn’t started yet and don’t think it will start coz a lot of changes are happening on the routes.Localities aren’t that good they don’t like regal people when you go to buy anything in local areas. They treat you like outsiders.2020 updates -Earlier we didnt used to get drinking water. Now we arent getting boring water as well. Now we dont have water for our flush. The condition of people who are staying in Regal Square is getting worse day by day. Security guards arent concerned about the society people. They arent available on their place.Please do a lot of research before buying property with Squarefeet Builders. My whole lifes investment is at stake now. Conditions at regal square is getting worse. Thieves, no proper security, no solar water as promised (they are planning to sell the solar equipments as they are out of condition)

I had book house in Bhiwandi I really like the place but for some reason I had To cancel because of personal problem but I have pad some amount, and I have told my problems to jenish Bhai and Im so happy that he understand me and what every I have pad he returned me the amount... This is a great option to stay in Regal Square Society.There is no drinking water available in the society and the outsider who has come to live here is more responsible than the builder. Everything at home should be in place. It does not come down to the resident regarding any problem in the society. Their behavior is because they have not received water for so many years.But the problem of drinking water has been solved due to the efforts made by the residents who are living well in such a society.

All Regal Square Society Phase-2 is informed --- Notice has been issued from the builder today, the jar of water is being closed since yesterday, when we have not reached the Municipal Corporations house. . Just told us that you have got the money in the talk, now you come back and fill it, how much we are going to receive from the Municipal Corporation, how it will come to the house and did not notice that today the money is closed from tomorrow.They not deserve 1 star also,Thank you
