Entire experience was great. We were impressed by the display in the showroom. From the very first visit to our house, Dipesh Gala was wonderful as he gave excellent advice in design and selection of products and use of materials. He discussed our requirements, made a concept drawing and complete cost estimate on the spot in the first visit and we sealed the deal in a day. He gave us a schedule at the start of work. All the persons who worked in our house were skilled and very well behaved. Civil work, electrical work, plumbing as well as trolleys and cabinets manufacturing and installation was done exactly as per schedule originally given. The finishing in platform as well as cabinets is excellent. The end result is a wonderful kitchen, just as we had imagined and a happy customer. Thanks to Dipesh for his support and efforts.

We visited Bellezza @ Kalher, somewhere in Dec-20, ie. 3 months before we got our possession. Subsequently we decided that we would ask our Interior Team to do the kitchen as well. However Anjana did her regular follow up basis the date we mentioned for our possession and the game changed for good. Anjana was prompt to arrange a meeting with her Senior (Dipesh).We found Dipesh to be very soft spoken, clear, transparent and helpful. We spent almost 4-5 hours and believe me this time was well invested. Dipesh worked on the 3D on the spot and showed us how our kitchen would look. To our surprise the final outcome was the same as the 3D. No gaps :)The turn around time was as per schedule. The fittings went hassle free.The team at Bellezza is very very professional. My personal experience is i was tension free. Its worth considering Bellezza for your kitchen. Be assured your kitchen are in good hands.Attaching few pics for reference. To start with , in 2017 I was looking out for someone who would make my villa kitchen , and i happend to find Bellezza , Mr Dipesh Has been so good in designing our Modular kitchen , They delivered evrything on time in Shahpur inspite of such long distance .its been 3 years now and everything is in perfect condition , that was my first experience .Second time , I again contacted Mr dipesh for my home kitchen- I really fall in short with words for the amazing design , ideas and quality what they have given us . I am totally impressed the way they draft the layout with excat measurements and smooth installation . It was a seamless experience. I am based in Bangalore whereas my flat is at Thane. My interaction was with Dipesh of Bellezza who coordinated the project end-to-end. He patiently kept sharing pictures when I was unable to make up my mind on a particular design and also agreed for an earlier delivery than was previously agreed. It is too early to comment on the quality of work but I have heard from others who have availed their services that they are good. It is about two weeks since the installation was completed and my tenant says that the quality and finishing is good

One of our friend suggested about the Bhiwandi Furniture Market, so we casually visited to check out the options. Over there, at Empire Furniture we were greeted by Sunitha in the Modular Kitchen Section named Bellezza Kitchen Studio. Looking at the vast range of kitchen displayed, we were amazed to see the kitchen accessories and the product finish as well.The hospitality given to us by Sunitha was your courteous and so we decided to come with our family. During our second visit with family, we were given the same amount of hospitality and were attended and greeted with the great enthusiasm. Looking at their professional approach and kitchen range displayed, we finally decided to go ahead with Bellezza kitchen and enrolled ourselves and gave them an appointment for site survey and measurements. During the site visit, the company people not only took the measurements of our kitchen but we were surprised by their questions, asking us about our cooking habits, our storage habits, minute details and other nitty - gritty of the kitchen requirements. After hearing our initial requirements, later on we were introduced to the Senior most Interior Designer ( Kitchen Specialist ) of the company Mr Dipesh Gala, who very minutely understood our other requirements also . Not only did he plan a proper kitchen as per our current requirement, but also designed it for our future needs. Dipesh also helped us to finalise the colour combinations and other aesthetic aspects for our kitchen. Finally, when Dipesh showed us the 3-D image of our kitchen, we were just amazed to see the detailing that he had applied. After the 3D, when the actual process of procurement started, Mr.Dipesh was very particular about selection of each and every item needed for the kitchen, right from the countertop granite to the dado wall tilesas well as the floor tiles.As the first stage of kitchen started with the civil work, the entire work flow of 15-20 days was given on day one to the labourers, who were very professional and executed the entire work with such neatness, that there was not a single thing for us to worry about. After the measurements were taken final product was arrived within 20 days. The final execution team was also very professional in their approach. They were very clear as all the details for final installation were given to them which took a mere time of four days, The final look of our kitchen was completely unbelievable. It was the same as Mr.Dipesh had shown us in 3D on day 1 . Finally ,our overall journey of making the kitchen by Bellezza Kitchen Studio was so easy that it aptly echoes their tagline Bellezza Kitchen Studio ….. I did this kitchen now on 25 Feb 2021.When I went to his shop to look for a cupboard for the kitchen, I just asked about the modular kitchen and then I met Deepesh Gala from there and he showed us the kitchen for 5/6 lakhs. But when we told him about our planning, he gave us just one. Designed and explained that all your problems will go away.
