Service at this place is worst, I visited trice for my scooty service but I never experienced good at this place, out of three time, two time washing not happened due to staff shortage. And time taken for service is so long if you handed over your bike or scooty in morning you will get back in evening, and in evening also whatever time is given by service advisor that never given on time. Worst experience

Staff is nice, cooperative and knowledgeable. Went to look for a work horse for my office staff and was appropriately adviced by sales team about various pros and cons of bike vs scooty.

Since I visited the place in Corona pendemic period the security person was following the safety norms well and behavior was decent too.But The sales executive over there were less interested in showing and explaing specifications, even though they were less aware about the features of the models I asked for during my last visit to the showroom.. the sales executive that behavior has shadowed the wrong impression over me and that the only reason I have dropped my idea to book vehicle over there and went to other Honda Showroom in the district.

Its all about customer experience I purchased activa 5g from future honda. Ill must say worst honda dealership is future honda. When i visited the showroom to buy activa i clearly mentioned that I have a salary A/c with standard chartered and I left the job since 4 months back so I have negative balance in this A/c .One of their team member from finance team told me that as af now you can give 3 cheques of your standard chartered bank. Once loan is approved I will help you to change the Bank A/c after a week I visited showroom again for the rectification all of sudden they told me it is not possible. I paid my emi on cash and I also paid due charges which I have to pay because of their miscomitment so this is my experience with future honda . Executive are not well trained in terms of customers service how to entertain the customer they dont know what they know is miscomitment how to miscommit with the customer , they are fake people and lack of product knowledge I wish I could give them Minus 5 star rating for their service. Apart from that if Ill particularly talk about honda so as we Japanese technology is reliable honda is known for their customer service but they are not even upto basics . Guys you can purchase honda products not an issue but not from future honda.
