Situated just beside the residence of RAJA(king or may be the jamindar) of Bhinga, people say, it is constructed & maintained primarily by him.very good & spacious campus, not only Kaali, there are so many other deities in the campus in so many smaller temples in the same campus. Actually it is in between the old & new residence of the jamindar /king, near the government /public community health centre, Bhinga .The Kaali temple is open to public from early morning to late night.
