Comfortable room, perfect cleanliness, cozy bathroom, air conditioner (with warming function), great location, friendly staff, view out of the window which you may fall in love with. One of the best stays I ever experienced.

Peradise hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to Galata bridge, 5 minutes to Istiklal Caddesi. Great base in Beyoglu. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious, beautiful and well maintained. Good Wi-Fi, fridge and AC in the rooms (we didnt need to use the heater in February because the room was always warm). Hot water always available. Our deluxe double room is on the 4th floor and the stairs are fine for us. Everything is perfect. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Incredibly rude staff. Refused my confirmed reservation. Booked me in another hotel without my consent. Didn’t contact me. Said they would meet me at Galata Tower and then didn’t show. What’s the big deal? It’s 11 30 at night. The prima doña tells me he is canceling my reservation because I’m upset and says he’s not going to do anything to help. Says he will lie to his boss when I come and complain. Positive reviews are meant for another hotel not this placr

Perfect staff perfect location and comfortable hotel

Inexpensive hotel, clean, comfortable, convenient location.

The only good thing about the hotel was its location. Other than that, unfortunately, everything was very bad. First of all, they dont give the password on the door to those who stay there, you have to press the bell to enter the building. If you are back at night or there is nobody there, you have to try to open the door. Moreover, as the person working in the evening and responsible for opening the door did not know us, we almost broke into our hotel room at night.Second, there is no ELEVATOR in the building. Therefore, you constantly go out.Third, there is no GENERATOR in the building. Electricity was cut at 12 am. Because we were afraid of the dark, instead of staying in the hotel we paid for, we went and stayed with our friends. Moreover, the treatment we received was not really pleasant.Fourth, there is so much noise in the morning! The rooms are soundproof, you are aware of what is happening outside. The place that is swept down below is as if not the room, its like your head.Finally, I guess the building is new. I think it was saying Pera Port. We slept in the smell of wood for 3 days. Is it varnish, is it wood, we are left with the smell of freshly cut intense furniture. Our experience was unfortunately very bad. We will not go again and I do not recommend it. There are much nicer places where you can pay a little more (or the same price) and stay.

Worst you can ever imagine..if youre a family its not safe at all.Photos on website doesnt match the actually room.Not very clean and noisy!Unfortunately its location is very, very poor for families. As if it was an open shop on a small street..taxi-class, I dont know.Poor hygiene and noisy room.
