It is as good as cheap oyo guest Homestay..Dirty not all maintained...they will give a shabby room from where you cannot view lake only algae ridden stones ....No AC ...Plus they will try to extract money from you on some or other pretext.... please avoid this hotel better stay in Dharamsala

The first & foremost thing we liked about this hotel was its lake facing view. Our host ( Mr Anubhav Gupta ), who is the manager here, is very decent and soft spoken. His way of taking care his guests is praiseworthy. The rooms are neat and clean. Food is also quite nice here and with reasonable price.

Good room view hotel just the map wasnt right, food was good, staff was good, we hv booked a family suite but wasnt spacious enough for even four people

Best part of hotel was its view. So peaceful so beautiful. And then manager ( Mr Anubhav) he was so good with guests and welcoming. Must try paratha in breakfast. Service was fast and good.

A perfect stay for family in crystal lake view. Anubhav sir and team all did their job perfectly, specially food quality is awesome. Feel like second home to us😊. We had an infant along with us and he too enjoyed the space. I would recommend this hotel as it is sun facing, very affordable and specially lake side view and their services to guest is truly has no comparison. Thanku team crystal, ll surely meet again.

The stay was great, food isnt really!

This hotel is located in Bhowali-Bhimtal- Haldwani road just 25 Kms away from Haldwani bus station. Its situated left side of this road nearly 500mtrs away from the lake, but you can use your own vehicle to reach hotel as in hill stations most of the hotels are not connected with approach roads. You can enjoy night as well morning views of the lake from your hotel rooms. The room service is good and staff is well behavioral.

The place is excellent and the view is amazing and the behavior of staff towards guest is polite the quality and the taste of food is really good .Overall a good place to spend holiday.

Best service and location , good for family stay

Having all the requeried documentation related to COVID from the Uttarkhand Govt, the hotel phoned us just after booking to inform us they will not take us in because I am foreigner. He intially made up a excuse refering to some official safety guidelines but when pressed he admitted that is just that he doesnt want to get in to trouble. My wife is Indian and Ive been living in India since last year.Very dissapointed to see these kind of unprofessional behavior from hotel owners/managers.

The hotel is at a walking distance from the main road with a beautiful lake view. The food is good too. Recommended!

The hospitality and the accommodation was truly awesome. There was a caretaker name Mr. Mishra who was very kind and cordial. Food facility was there including Wifi. Car parking space was there too. The property is very conveniently located.

Apurv the receptionist was so nice that words felt short for him. He took care of everything request and he is gentle to extreme.

Rooms were very neat and clean, bathroom was also very good, we spent very good time there, it was very nice experience,  As the rooms are very nice so we were happy...

My experience was fine but not happy with the management & staff as they were not so co-operative. Hotel service was not good, room was not clean and staff says every day they dont do house keeping.
