Very worst staff and management. Literally they want only rich Costumers...they dont show attention towards who came to buy upto 5000 rupess clothes.. reallly disappointed

Worst shop ( bhimavaram)I ever come across.. pls don’t go there if go there you will waste your time and money ..There is no respect to customer and they don’t want to show complete variety to customers even though if you are buying expensive saree ..Completely disappointed with staff and manager behavior ..I think due to Covid situation shop is not busy at all there were only 2 to 3 customers entire shop but they act like they’re very busy , they can not spend little time with us to sell their products.I don’t want to even give 1 star rating but there is no other option here ,

Exclusive ladies cloth showroom for all strata of society. Being on the busy road of Bhimavaram, parking is insufficient. Sales persons are courteous and patient with the customers. A very pleasant experience on the whole.

The worst service ever.We went to the shop on a Sunday ,after 7PM, the shop was not that busy but the behavior of the staff was really really uncool. Some were irritable and had no patience to deal with the customers, one was terribly frank and rude (he was literally shouting in our faces even when we were keeping our calm, not appreciated at all) and the cherry on top was the person who was managing the staff, he was telling the one sane staff member who was trying his best to help us, to tell the customers off.The management should really take a chill pill and close the shop for the day if they have no patience for the customers.We left the place in less than 15 minutes without buying anything.
