Pateint management is very poor. They have no idea how to deal with the crowd. For instance (1) they ASK YOU TO WAIT OUTSIDE BUT WILL NOT COME OUTSIDE AND CALL OUT THE NAMES, So how would anybody know when their names are called out. Another example is (2) they dont give u back your change after u pay them, u need to literary need to beg for ur money back, when u ask them then u get the looks from the cashier like you have asked them to give their kidney. (3) There is NO USE of taking APPOINTMENT literary have to wait in the sun for one and half hour. In times of corona taking samples and other diagnostics should be totally based on appointments. Other thing I would like to add to this is first family member should go n get the registration with doc prescription, id proof of the patient and after registration is done then only bring the patient because they are sick and weak, to make them wait for 1 hour or more in the sun is terrible and can also worsen their situation.I hope the management will look into this and come up with some protocol so that other sick and weak patients should not suffer.

I have been there several times with family they are not as quick and usually there is a wait. Management is not upto satisfaction. Usually it takes hours to get your things done.Also they are not punctual with on time reports as I have faced few incidents of late report.But yeah the reports are true and fair but that does not change the fact that it has not a well hospitality environment and mismanagement.

Very ill behaved staff. Bad service. Better quality of reports and service are available in much cheaper price at many other places in Bhilai-Durg.

Staff here is very very lazy, they use to have vimal while taking the samples, use to watch whatsApp videos while sitting at the reception. Also have no value for time. Other things are good, behavior towards patients and timely reports.

Extremely worst service and the behaviour of staff members are very argued and the place where they collect sample is very Unhygienic. Even they didnt bother the safety and precautions of samples as well as patient. This show how unprofessional they are. I strongly recommend not visit. This is an unbiased review.

Just like a govt office , the file moves how well connected you are . Will not recommend it unless you have inside connections, otherwise just plan to wait it out while people skip lines. A private organization which seems to lack ethics in these basic things is not trustable in other major things as well.
