Food is expensive, but taste is not that good. Kind of isolated place since there is only traffic or mostly darkness near it at night. Good for parties/birthdays/marriages though.

I am talking about restaurant here havent stayed in hotel.Seventh floor is rooftop restsurant. Its a very beautiful and cozy. Ambience is best in bhilai. Food is good. Cost is on higher side. Ground floor bar is also good.

Good place, the restaurant couldve been better. A little bit effort should have been put up in the interiors. We ordered continental cuisine and it was better than expected in Bhilai.

Visited today. Had to give 1 star as there is no option of zero rating. Service was very bad and the food was like nightmare. Not worth the money we paid. Chicken Biryani was like friend rice with some dry chicken pieces. Definately not visiting the restaurant again.

Overcharging, staff cheats you by adding extra items which was not ordered. staff and managers all are having synergy and they are supporting each other for such acts. All items are expensive wrt Market and also very poor customer service and beverages. Keep your eyes open if you ever visit them or else better avoid their hospitality

Easily the best hotel in Bhilai . Clean , Professional service and good food. Though we did not stay here , we enjoyed the very spacious Lobby for our meetings and the restaurant for the food.

Poor service, serving staff dont know anything aside to whats WRITTEN in the menu. We have been to this place 4 times now and everrrrryyyy single time we had to call actual person MAKING the dish/drink to explain what we need.

Requires to be more clean. Minor items like phone directory, electric points close to the bed, switches close to the bed would help.

Food was ok but drinks (non alcoholic to be precise) are way too overpriced and are just not worth it. The staff didnt let us know the price of the same which was highly misleading. The whole dining experience was ruined due to this argument. I mean 400 rs for virgin mojito! Common!! Put it on the menu or atleast hand over one when asked for.Dont just say, ho jaega...its decorated nimbu pani for god sake..of course we know that ho jaegaUnfortunately the only tip we ended up leaving was : do let your customer know6000rs bill for a party of 5..out of which mojito was of course 400rs per glass!!Really disappointed#unsatisfiedcustomer

Visit at todays evening at 7th floor ,not at all family friendly just alcoholic food 4 non alcoholic beverages-water, lemonade and two others .Bad smell at the atmosphere

They have declined there standard, i am not happy with their service. The Food Quality is not great anymore. The quantity of the food is very less as compare to what they are charging for any dish, bcz Dhillon is the one of the costliest Hotel/Restaurant in town, So if a man is bringing his family to a place like this, he must have high expectations. Hi everybody, I stayed this hotel for 3 weeks so more or less have some experience to share. Accommodation itself is as good as it can be in remote India. Housekeeping is really perfect regarding cleanliness and willing to support customers. Restaurant is also very good- breakfast and dinner served was good and for dinner there are variety of dishes can be ordered. The only thing please keep in mind that spicy food is normal for local people so please mention every time you order which kind of food you want. Spicy you can add directly to your plate.Hotel itself is a bit old regarding air- conditioning of public places but in general I recommend this hotel in case you are going to visit this place. I had no problems during my stay.

Great tasty food though its on expensive side but if u visiting & if you like non veg then u must try chicken Tangdi kabab & chicken Bhunwaa, they both taste yum..If you looking for drinks as well, they offer only kingfisher premium & strong & Ultra, Heniken,Bira & Simba but they all cost quite high than their Mrp.. eg: kingfisher Ultra Mrp is RS.170 but but hotel charges RS.400/- & Heniken Mrp is Rs.210/- & they charge Rs.410/-

Even though this place is very close to the highway, it is verily quaint when you enter the reception itself. The display and flooring gets the mind at ease and want to sit down. I havent seen the rooms but i am sure they will be extraordinary. I have known this place since i was a child and have been visiting it thereon. Also visit their latest rooftop bar named - The Seventh Floor.

Grand Dhillon, like the name suggests is one of the few grand hotels in Bhilai. It is spacious, well lighted, and serves great food. It also has a party hall for bigger parties which is available on booking. There is a rooftop restaurant and an indoor restaurant to suit your mood. A 52 days food festival is going on these days in Grand Dhillon which encourages various cuisines on different dates. There is ample space for parking. A ramp and an elevator is provided for our convenience. The ambience is well decorated and indeed gives us a grand feeling as soon as we enter the main entrance. There is also a small bakery section to choose cakes or pastry of our choice. Overall, I loved the food, cake, service, ambience and facilities provided here. I definitely recommend it for special occasions.

I went to the bar there, and it was just like any other bar down the Highway, music is loud, youll see a lot of nibba nibbis there shouting howling and having fun. If youre above 25, I would not recommend the place.

While the time of bookkng i saw free airport shuttle transfer.To confirm the same i called the hotel twice.First call some one today me they can provide,one side free service.I agreed for that as well.Then the person told me they will call back and confirm me the same on my booking number which never happendI call the hotle twice before checking in and later inwas given an answer of No we dont provide free service.Absoutely non friendly sevice and cluess staff who attends the phone call of customers.
