Worst courie service all over indIn.Never expected to face such irresponsible behavior from staffs.They misplaced important document like pan card and I didnt got any positive response from them even after my innumerous efforts. Staffs are very rude, careless and harsh.One staff told me that we didnt get any money for delivering pan cards so you have to come and take your pan card from our office (approx 25km away form my place) otherwise we will return it.

It is necessary to contact the person before delivering delivering the pan cardBut they dont call me& deliver my pan card in my old address

Worst service..inhe frist flight ki franchise kaise mil gai.. 4 month se jyada ho gaye pan card inke paas h bt deliver hi nahi kr rhe..and ph. no. not exist.. very very poor service. #Firstflight plz take immediate action.

Worst courier service. They might be a little cheaper but it is risky as your package might get lost or delayed indefinitely. Avoid always.

Very bad delivery service. Their website says my pan card has arrived 1 week ago in bhilai branch but they are not delivering it to my home. Their is no method to contact their office. I wrote mail to their head office but their is no rely of that either. Worst service ever.

Very poor customer service, the number does not exist. The main customer care number put me on hold for more than 2 minutes is that is how they handle their customers.
