Nice ambiance and good room service but some issues with air conditioner not working properly otherwise everything is fine

I just loved this place. Even the staffs were very cooperative and helpful . Even the rooms were really clean and beautiful. Room service was fast. Food tastes amazing. It was an amazing experience, i just loved this place.

Rooms are awesome washrooms are very neat and clean... And overall for motel purpose its amazing. Foods are also good in taste but there foods are little spicy. Price are economical...

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. It is easily accessible from Bus stand and railway station. Food here is very delicious and they have a lot of varieties for complimentary buffet breakfast. Rooms are spacious and hygiene, even the washrooms are clean and spacious. I thank Goibibo to suggest me such a nice hotel for my pleasant stay.

Good quality and cheapest price in city even on 3 star, quality of the food and service is also good.

We dined at the restaurant here. The taste of food was fine but we are sick after eating there. Everyone who ate prawns at this restaurant two days back are having severe diarrhea. Avoid eating non veg here.

This is not a promotion review. Believe me I stayed here for 4 days full. Giving 5 start as the food was awesome every day hygiene maintained . Room service is ok but could have been better . Staff are very helpful towards their customers. Overall I really enjoyed this place and in future as well recommend others who all visit bhilai should visit this place.

Service is little slow but good and hygienic hotel in bhilai. Stayed here for couple of days on eve of my brother wedding.

I been to lovely restaurant of this hotel recently with one of our family friends. I was amazed to see ambience and seating arrangements. Management is perfect. Service is prompt and humble. Hygiene and sanitation is exceptionally well. Food quality is undoubtedly awesome. I do not find any lacking about the restaurant. Since I do not visit the rooms, cant comment about the same.

WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVERRecently, 4 of us friends visited the bar/restaurant. Food as well as drinks service is extremely poor..Half of the dishes/drinks on the menu are not available... Service staff is ill informed. After placing the order, we were told half an hour later that the dishes we ordered are not available.Food was cold and quality was bad.Advice - do not visit the restaurant.

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast and in room dining food were tasty and had good quantity. Enough parking space is available. Strongly recommended.

Expect a long wait time upto 45-60 min for your food to get served on weekends due to crowd and on weekdays its okay. There seems to be some hygiene issues as I personally found a hair strand in food which I ordered. Staff behaviours can be improved. Food taste is average. Over all, not satisfied experience.☹️

Restaurant service has degraded drastically over couple of years. Visited a couple of days back. I received my order around an hour later. The main course was certainly not upto the mark. Waiters were least bothered to assist us. On any query the counter managers pushed the waiters and hence avoiding themselves to help us. No cutlery manners on tables and were not provided unless asked for. I would recommend management to step up and look into this. This place used to be a lot better in late 2010s.

During our stay with the family at Amit International, we had a great time ... Good Service .. Tasty food and promt response. A day before our checkout somewhere around 10:00 pm we saw a bunch of people (15-20) were entering into one room on a third floor which is usually the floor for guest rooms, after 30 minutes we started hearing loud noises and the floor was stinking with Cigarette & alcohol smell. At around 11:30 I went to them and asked to keep the volume down its too loud as we are all sleeping ... they were like we give a Damm.Next day morning during the checkout I asked the manager how can you allow such things to happen in guest rooms, none of them are wearing masks, he replied they are the managing director friends and the party was organized on the orders of their managing director.safety wise they are least bothered, they just allowed a party for a group of 15-20 ppl in a single guest room.PS: I was told not to write the review and I was offered 4 free water bottles, where as night before I was told that it will be charged.

It is one of the best in Bhilai. People travelling from bigger cities might find it to be a notch lesser, but very good for a 3 start property. Even has a gym.Breakfast buffet was also good. Surprsingly they offered chicken in breakfast buffet too, which is generally not seen in 3 stars.Good clean linens and modern roomsTravelling to Bhilai, this is the best you can have.

Overall is good but for marriage open space e.g. garden is better then closed space.anybody cant complaint for services.

We stayed here two days with family members. Rooms are spacious,clean. Good for marriages and staying capacity is enough for groom and bride families.Two banquet halls and one roof top covered small hall and roof provides for parties.High tea with snacks,shakes was good. Honey chilly potato was good in taste.Buffer breakfast having lot of variety. Restaurant food is also good.

One of luxurious hotel in bhilai. Well groomed staff, ready to go services, well cleaned room and hotel interior are excellent. Pricing is fair looking at rooms and service. Restaurant in hotel serves veg and non veg food with great taste. If you opt for complementary break fast during booking, you will not regret. Again the restaurant staff is excellent with great taste. This hotel has bar, which will serve almost all type of liquor starting from low range to high. Overall this place is value to your money paid and will enjoy stay here.

Nice place to stay in Bhilai. Rooms are spacious with all modern facilities. Room service is too good with prompt service. Food quality is okay. The restroom at ground floor is provided with specially challenged people. All the restrooms are clean & well maintained. The room tariff is reasonable but difinately on higher band.It is having banquet as well as a special area for organizing big events like marriage etc.

The bar area is very crowded and noisy. I would not recommend that you go there if you want to talk. Instead ask the concierge to take you to the quiet section. Out here, it is much quieter and you can actually enjoy the evening. If youre with female company then do not even think of going to the main bar area. Instead always ask for the quiet area.Not a lot of choice in beer. They had only two brands in stock. Quite well stocked on hard liquor but we didnt try any hard liquor. Not much variety in wine either.Food is good and arrives quite quickly. You get a personal server which is very good.

We tasted indian food, very very tasty. The staffs are very courteous and room services are very prompt. I will recommend this hotel for a stay overnight on the way to and fro to Mumbai or Kolkata or for a party here.
