Need more proactive staff. Only one person was interacting all the time. Every customer getting annoyed by staff attitude. Bata is having repo of best quality but this store need more focus on prompt service.

This shop has probably been there ever since civic center came into being . I remember my parents buying me school shoes here back in the 1960s ! I was pleasantly surprised to see it still going strong when I visited Bhilai after a gap of 21 years back in 2004 . Other shops in Civic center that were still going strong when I went there last a couple of years back were Radio corner , Surana Stores and the sweet shop...

Trused for its quality and after sales service.

In past Quality that were never compromised although designs were monotonous.But, today not only quality has deteriorated also designs are.The staff says shopers to rate their service 9. Please Bata customer service/ marketing team make ur promoter understand that its ideal to let shoppers do unbaised rating .I will never buy Bata priducts.
