This is not easily accessible for older person or pregnant lady as this is on first floor.. No wheel chair or lift.. Not easily accessible...

Suburban as a brand is well trusted. Though priced on the higher side. Hence i prefer blood tests done by cheaper labs. The review is not about the qualiuty of tests, but the environment. The lady staff were all shouting and gigling in a room so loudly that it was making difficult to talk in the reception. This continued till one hour, and seemed like usual, becoause no one bothered to sush them. That is unprofessional conduct. It kind of takes away the premium value of the brand, which charges equal amt in andheri and mira road outlet. Andheri outleft is very well managed. 1 star less for high price, 1 star less for the unprofessional conduct

It is little expensive.. rest all was perfectly fine..

Good customer service....friendly, polite and courteous...nice clean office...good Job in maintaining customer relations...equipment for Sonography, CT scan etc of the Highest quality....you dont have to wait too long once you book your appointment you dont have to wait at all...thank you for creating a wonderful experience...

Ill suggest not to visit suburban... People working at call centre have zero information about their own services, and due to their lack of knowledge my mom who is cancer patient suffering a lot.Firstly i called to customer care abt some test they said visit our centre and when i finally reached over thier this morning with a cancer patient making her walk they said in attitude we dont do this test here.Suburban is it the way to harras

Unaware staff.I wanted to have abg done.I caaled at the given number,the person on the other side kept me on hold for some time,then he did not have correct info.he is asking me its abg 1 or 2.the question took me by surprise

Everything is nice but the only problem is they dont have lift or wheel chair facility...I think they should work on this immediately.

Location is perfect on main road, easy to reach from Bhayandar or Mira Road.Very well managed, very caring, hygienically clean and equiped with modern instruments.Cant comment on costs as my visit was on company sponsored.

Its a clean and professional lab but this lab is on 1st Floor without Elevator its difficult for an Old age person to go there also for a patients with bone injury and sick people

Very poor service ... Appointment taken at 9 for a sonography n doc comes post 10..no intimation to the patient .. No back up doc...
