Not at all happy with elpar fans…. No one should think of buyin such expensive fans wich doesn’t work aftr few years…. N we want to repair it dey dnt provide aftr sales serviceUsha fans r far better

For god sake, never buy any product from this company. NEVER NEVER NEVER! I bought an Elpar fan which was making a lot of noise, regulator was not working and the stand was broken.P.S. All the reviews which are showing good ratings are completely fake reviews. This company can never get a good rating. I cant even give this company a 1 star rating.When I called them for support, they just said that we are sending a technician but the thing is that they dont have technicians. They will never ever get your work done.They wont pick up your phone even after. They are a kind of like thieves.When I called them, they just cut the phone without even giving the complaint number.If you already have a product and fed up with their customer service, call them for support, record their voice and complaint to the nearest police station.Spend your money wisely and go for other good companies products.Elpar is a BIG BIG thief and LIAR.

Third class gyser tank leak in a week and no service and beware of current passin,beware of elphar

Very very bad fan we take one month early then we found that there costomer care sevice is very bad .fan started making noice and when we call to the company there will be no response from there.i does not like there sevice and product also.
