RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYMilople provides a paiment extension, but you should not use their services as they are unable to provide a secured solution. Milople is not able to work with SCA (strong customer authentification), nor 3D Secure.Milople is clearly one of the worst company ever.They handed-in our project with 4 months of delay, and the solution was absolutely no secured. The solution worked partly for two months and had to be left out, as the code was so badely written.As an example, the customization of the extension was asked in june 2020 for july 2020, was delivered in october 2020 and stopped working in may 2021. Since then, no support was correctly handled by Milople and we have lost 2 full weeks of order by the time we managed to develop something else with real professional.We tried to contact the CEO, as developpers would not offer support, but we had no answer. We had to decide to drop their solution (and they never answered properly for the support demand).RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Purchased a module from this business and requested a refund within 5 days (advertising a 15 day return policy.) as it didnt work with Sagepay and found few other inconsistencies, which are not evident in their online demo. Naturally you need to look into the code to establish these things, which you have to first pay for.After requesting a refund, they wanted to know the full detail and we gladly explained why. They then refused to refund, despite providing a reasonable explanation for the request.They have gone an extremely long way in length to try refuse a refund.My word of advice is, if you are wanting to work with a good module company, you use Amasty.com instead, they have a no obligation 60 day return policy, no fuss, no questions and straight talking.We will not be using this business again.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This company is absolutely ridiculous. We purchased their Subscription extension for Magento for a soft launch back in April. I chose this extension because of the ease of use for our customers and their ability to be able to change dates on their subscriptions and delay or skip shipments. Once we started testing and customers started signing up for subscriptions we realized that they could NOT do any of those things. I went back to customer support thinking maybe I missed something during configuration only to find that this was a customization and it would cost extra $. No problem, got a quote that seemed reasonable and a very reasonable time line of about 5 business days. We paid for this around the end of June and they said they would begin working on it. I initially gave them about 10 days before I checked in. Nothing had been done. Their response was they work on multiple extensions at once and they would get to ours soon. It wasnt until the END OF JULY they started and then they reached out and said I had given them incorrect login info to our Magento and Cpanel sites (same info they used before). A month after we paid for this!! Since then I have gone back and forth with them on errors, at one point they crashed our entire store and changed the layout. Here we are, and out of the 3 customization requests I asked for only one has been done and I still cant even get the extension to run auto payments. We are almost 2 months into this and nothing is complete!! I will never, ever work with this company again and I will never recommend them to anyone. They only communicate thru a ticket system which doesnt allow them to receive emails from anyone else copied on the email. I have had to get my developer in on this several times and he replies to their emails and they never get them. They told me to have him submit a ticket also. They clearly dont care about customers or timelines. Terrible.

Beware of Recurring and Subscription Paymentsi tested this for days - this is junk and doing any good for a enduserBad you can not delete any subscription the forgot to implement in the extension if you run a test and you want delete this no chance .Second this is not working with braintree or other payment gateway - you will not get any information form you subscription customer in Payment Gateway - the support sucks

I highly recommend avoiding this company! Uses deceptive techniques on its website to convince internet users. Basically, they guarantee money back for their plugins for the first 15 days. Like many other companies in the industry. Unlike others whose services I have been able to use, if they can offer you a paid custom development, you can no longer benefit from it. As much to tell you that it is always possible and that we are never reimbursed. Another example, on the product sheet we have images of user cases, it was necessary to read above that “custom development” had been carried out and not to rely on the images only….Especially since they do not accept the fact and will never have tried to repair a post-installation side effect of their plug-in. For them it is not their plug-in that is causing the problem, because disabling the plug-in (the only thing installed on the different site) does not solve the problem. A little light ...In short, a company of bad faith, using deceptive techniques, a good cocktail to be avoided. If you have a choice with other plugins, run away.

Never buy a software development only know how to take your money and never do what you ask. Its not that they do not understand what youre asking them to do, theyre playing dumb and asking for more and more money without ever ending the development.
